Operations and Business Development/Marketing – Driving revenue, driving service quality and experience standards. Planning & Development of all promotional activities at the national level. Working with team members for the execution of the promotional activities. Driving the media planning exercise and ad campaigns for the brands.

Brand Management – Improve Brand Equity, contribute critically to product development

Range Planning/ Retail Line Finalization/ Range acceptance – Buying a range keeping in mind new fabrics, silhouettes & designs techniques based on the direction given by the Brand design team as well as forecasted fashion trends. This includes seasonal fabric & garment ranges, new types of fabric development, new technique developments etc. Entails balancing the season's offerings in terms of the design mix and price point mix thus creating a balanced monthly option plan for all categories.

Sales/Margins and Inventory – Responsible for top-line, bottom-line and inventory norms.

Full price sell through – Responsible for delivering brand budgets on % full price sell through

Pricing & Commercialization – To price product for all the styles in a season so as to maximize the profits.

Tracking sales & forecasting next season's offerings – Studying competition trends and using that knowledge to make informed judgements about purchases and sales forecast.

MIS and analysis – Analysis is a key part of this role.
