[B][U]Title  [/U][/B]: Automatic Voltage and Frequency regulation using PLC
The easiest way of controlling voltage and frequency is, by means of a PLC. PLC based on the program loaded in it given the out put. PLC do the voltage stabilization, sensing, error detection etc.. from the feed back of generator, with the program loaded in the PLC, the inlet valve is controlled thus the frequency can be kept a constant. Here we uses PLC version known as micrologic PLC. For that R S Logix 500 software is used.
