It was determined that there was a niche within the infrastructure and real estate market which could be filled through the provision of responsible, environmentally friendly Facility Management Services (FMS).

The premise behind Heiligen Worldwide Service is to provide a complete real estate solution to all of our customers. We have developed a joint venture with a South African based company called TFMC ([URL="http://www.tfmc.com"]www.tfmc.com[/URL]) and with this joint venture we are able to achieve our aim.

Heiligen Worldwide services has also partnered with IBM to provide a real estate solution for their training requirements.
