Relevant Experience :
Minimum 12 years experience in manufacturing Operations in line with the business plan
Experience in machine design, product design, machine and plant layout
Knowledge of plant budget, MIS, material management, quantitative/qualitative analysis, costing is essential
Knowledge of Inventory Management of raw material spares, tools and tackles is essential
Experience in vendor sourcing and rating strategies is essential. Experience in SAP or ERP environment. Knowledge of statutory compliances. Exposure to quality management.
Candidate should be able to handle factory independently with a work force of about 100 nos. Preferebly with engineering industry background.
