Job Details:
l Working on Harness project of Printing machine LS-44/LS-40/LSX Series.
l Designing electrical drawings of the connection route and Harness (detailed) drawings on CAD (Fujitsu ICAD)
l Including cost reduction of wires, sensors and limit switches, check on cable resistance according to usage in the area, maintaining quality and cable route change, thereby reducing length.
l Developed and designed PLC program on Fujitsu Micrex SXseries for the Printing machine according to client specifications.
l Testing the program by simulation. 
l Designing the drawings on CAD and reviewing it.
l Documentation and preparing the BOQ and Estimation of the electrical materials like code locks, cable lugs, terminals, ties, tubes etc.
l Carry on with the modification of the product by discussing in the meetings and following the test procedures on the shop floor.
l Presently working on KAIZEN Project, Tear Down Project and LAW project for the printing machines.

· Also responsible for the Planning and Scheduling of the plant and manpower scheduling for maximum utilization of resources.

 Products: Hydraulic lifts bushes for all major tractors. Shocker parts of various sizes are also a part of regular product. Manufacture various lock parts such as cams for all major brands of barrel locks.
