Presently involved in various research works in Dialysis patient outcome,(late first time presentation with severely elevated serum creatinine and BUN has poor prognosis than early presentation) Hypomagnesaemia, Hperuricemia and hypokalemia seen in Barter and Gitleman syndromes.
 
Individualization of patient for different modes of RRT (renal replacement therapy) like regular hemodialysis being offered to hemodynamically stable patients, For those who are hypotensive may be offered for extended hemodialysis like CRRT,SLED,CVVHD,CAVHD .Hemoperfusion may be given to remove toxins and plasmapheresis. For those who are ambulatory may be offered peritoneal dialysis in form of CAPD,APD.
