Job Description
Key Responsibilities: 
Handle data management work for clientâs customer relationship management (C RM) software
Job involves the following:
-- checking contact details (name, address, phone number, email) of the client's business partners entered in the clientâs CRM software system
-- identifying if there are errors in these contact details
-- performing research using Google, company websites and other databases to obtain the correct information (mostly address and phone number), if there are errors in the contact details
-- contacting client executives by email (and phone, in some cases) for additional information (if required) on errors in the contact details
-- correcting/updating the contact details in the CRM system

Desired Candidate Profile

-- Experience in a rules-based data processing role in a BPO firm
