Job Description
Would be required to study and operate on process to be outsourced
Contact BPO centers for outsourcing process
Evaluating them along with Senior management
Training the center and getting them operational on process
Resposible for performance of centers /process allocated

Desired Candidate Profile
--Minimum 3 Years experience in a BPO,Strictly on voice based process .
--Extensive Outbound process exposure will be preferred
--Team handling and reporting activities undertaken in past
--Senior supervisors or Team leaders preferred
--Flexible to do multitasking as per need of the hour and operations
--Good written & spoken English for Email Communications and teleconfrenced
--Articulate, presentable individual with pleasant behaviour
