Job Description
The Actuate Administration activity covers the ongoing operational activity required to keep the Actuate server up and running, addressing user issues with Actuate reports, and support the IT department staff who develop Actuate reports. The skills required for these activities are as follows:

- Actuate Administration: High Level of Experience

- UNIX: Intermediate Level of Experience

- Reflections: Low Level of Experience

- Tivoli Work Scheduler / Maestro: Low Level of Experience

The following are the major activities for this support:

- Actuate Server Disk space Management

- Renaming Output from Scheduled Jobs

- Monitoring Daily. Weekly / Monthly IA Jobs

- Year-end Archiving

- On-Request Schedule Parameter Maintenance

- Pre-Test of Report Structure Files to Avoid Month-End issues

- Monthly manual run of SAM-055, SAM-360 Wrap and SAP-360 Rollup
