- Cost Control Measures--- Analysis of existing fixed cost, study areas of cost reduction, Implement a system of cost reduction in those area and closed look at it 
- Independently handles Statutory Audit. Co-ordination with Statutory Auditor to complete Audit, solving queries, explaining them the system of accounting.
 
 Finance 
 
- Preparing Project Report for bank Long Term & Short Term Loan, including forecasting future profitability and net worth position
- Laisioning with Bank for Term Loan, Bill Discounting finance, Overdraft facility, daily routine matters.
- Monthly reporting to Bank of Stock and Debtors position
- Verify of Bank Interest on Term Loan , CC A/C and necessary action taken.
- Proper maintain of Bank Balance in each and every bank account to avoid chq. return.
- Preparing of foreign Remittance document .

MIS
- Preparation of weekly Projected Fund Flow statement.
- Statement of Projected Revenue & Projected Expenses.
- MIS on outstanding Creditor for Capital Goods, Goods, Expenses,
- Bank, Statutory dues with priority of payment.
- Weekly review of Debtors & Creditors, collection & payment.
- Weekly MIS to Marketing department on Debtors overdue.
- Providing weekly information of Sales in Quantity Value, Bills
- Discounting outstanding statement (party wise) to GM.
- In the absent of GM direct Reporting to Director.
 Taxation & Legal

- Filing of Statutory returns like T.D.S return Annual return with Register of 
- companies, Income Tax return and Tax audit report.
- Issuing of T.D.S Certificate to concern persons.
- Set up of Vat Calculation & Return.
- Service Tax Return & Excise Return.
