[/B]** The person should possess 6+ yrs experience with in-depth expertise on the web application development on the LAMP (Linux Apache, MySQL and PHP (and Perl)) platform. & Ajax.
** Should be able to learn quickly and have eye for detail.
**  Should have good verbal/written English language, as a well as good ** Interpersonal skill is desirable.

[B]Desired Candidate Profile[/B]
** Strong grasp of OO principles and best practices, and tiered or componentized functionality in distributed applications
** Experience in designing architecture of complex and challenging LAMP applications.
**  Designing and maintaining My SQL Databases and tables
**  Knowledge of product-oriented framework and design
**  Should have good debugging skills
**  Should be aware of design patterns, unit/regression testing, code versioning, and build management mechanisms.
**  Should also posses' knowledge of specialized techniques like
concurrency, networking, and security is desirable.
**  Experience with Development and Debugging on both Windows and UNIX based platforms.
**  Able to fine tune and optimize PHP (and Perl) code.
**  Knowledge on SCORM standards is a plus
