Job Description
1. Optimizes customer satisfaction by developing, implementing, and 
maintaining Web-based desktop applications; mentoring team 
members.
2. Enhances ASP applications team accomplishments and competence 
by planning delivery of solutions.
3. Analyzing user requirements; designing, streamlining, and upgrading 
new features and functionality; studying existing technology 
architecture.
4. Develops user interfaces by determining design methodologies and 
tool sets. 
5. Tuning existing database scripts for scalability
6. Confirms applications by conducting tests; modifying program 
sequence and/or debugging codes; resolving problems. 
7. Good Knowledge of Biztalk and Sharepoint would be additional advantage.

8. Integrates applications by designing database architecture and 
server scripting; 
9. Studying and establishing connectivity with network systems, search 
engines, and information servers;
10. Preparing reusable component design.
11. Completes applications development by coordinating requirements, 
schedules, and activities; 
12. Contributing to team meetings; 
13. Developing common site infrastructure; maintaining dynamic data 
for site.
14. Code review of code developed by team members. 
15. Supports users by developing documentation and assistance tools; 
responding to support and maintenance requests 
Desired Candidate Profile
We are looking for Java J2ee Minimum 3 years relevant experience on C# dot net with VB or ADO database using sql or mysql. Requirement for Dot Net(C#. Net, ASP. Net, BizTalk and SharePoint).Good Communication willing relocate onsite.
