[B][U]Senior Officer Recruitment [/U][/B]:
CEIL invites application for the post of Sr. Officer (F&A) and Sr. Officer (CS) for our Mumbai and New Delhi offices with following criteria:

[B][U]1) For Sr. officer ( F& A) [/U][/B]:
[B][U]Number of Post[/U][/B]: One
[B][U]Posting[/U][/B]: CEIL Head Office at Navi Mumbai.

[B][U]Educational Qualification[/U][/B]: Graduate ( full time with minimum 50% marks) from a recognised university having professional qualification as Chartered Accountant (CA) from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India OR Cost Accountant (CMA) from The Institute of Cost Accountants of India.

[B][U]*Post Qualification Relevant Experience[/U][/B]:   Minimum six years of Post qualification working experience in handling various aspects of F&A preferably in Service Industry with knowledge of accounting functions, budgetary & financial control, internal audit, taxation, payment to employees/third parties, liaison with organizations, vetting of purchase & other proposals etc.

* Post qualification (PQ) experience will be counted from the date of acquiring CA/CMA qualification. Training period will not be counted as part of the experience.

[B][U]Job Description, roles, and responsibilities[/U][/B]: 
** Adequate exposure with respect to preparation of financial statements including knowledge of applicable accounting standards, provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and taxation laws.
** Adequate exposure to funds and finance management covering resource planning, cash flow management, disbursements, treasury management and book keeping in large organizations or systems.
** Cost conscious and adaptable to changing finance environment with strategic approach and ability to work in a computerized environment.

[B][U]2) For Sr. Officer (CS) [/U][/B]:
[B][U]Number of Post[/U][/B]: One
[B][U]Posting[/U][/B]: CEIL Registered office at New Delhi.

[B][U]Educational Qualification[/U][/B]: Graduate (full time with minimum 50% marks) from a recognised university with Company Secretary (FCS/ACS) Qualification from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India.

[B][U]*Post Qualification Relevant Experience[/U][/B]:   Minimum six years of post-qualification working experience in handling various aspects of Company Secretarial matters including compliances of all applicable laws, convening board and its committee meetings and General meetings, pre and post meeting compliances, preparation of Annual Report, Corporate Governance Report and its Audit, handling of Bonus issues/splitting of shares, amendments in MOA /AOA, Filing of Forms, Returns etc.

* Post qualification (PQ) experience will be counted from the date of acquiring CS Qualification . Candidate shall also be Associate (ACS) / Fellow (FCS) Member of Institute as mentioned above. Training period will not be counted as part of the experience.

[B][U]Job Description, roles, and responsibilities[/U][/B]:
** Handling all CS matters including Statutory and Regulatory compliances, Corporate Governance, attending Board/Committee Meetings and General Meetings etc. independently.
** Maintenance and updation of Statutory Registers and Records.
** Compliances of Companies Act, 2013/1956 along with Rules and Secretarial Standards etc.
** Filing forms and Annual Returns on MCA 21 etc.
** Coordination with ROC/MCA, Ministries, Banks , Tax Authorities etc.
** Liaison with Auditors , Departments and officials of Holding Company.
** Preparation of Annual Report including Report on Corporate Governance, Notice of AGM/EGM/Postal Ballot.
** Monitoring changes in the Legislative and Regulatory Environment and to take appropriate action.
** Should have good communication and Presentations skills.
** Selected candidates may also be assigned miscellaneous Finance and HR jobs.

[B][U]Probation Period[/U][/B]: Selected candidate will be on probation for one year.

[B][U]General information/Condition[/U][/B]:

1. Reservations exist for SC/ST/OBC/Persons with disabilities as per Govt. of India guidelines. Age is relaxable for SC/ST/OBC/Persons with disabilities as per Govt. guidelines. Experience prescribed is relaxable at the discretion of Company for SC/ST candidates. Company reserves the right to relax the above conditions in suitable cases. Cut-off date for experience & age is 30.11.2017.
2. Prescribed Educational Qualifications & no. of year of experience are the minimum qualifying criteria. Mere possession of the same does not entitle candidates for interview. CEIL also reserves the right to reject any candidature without assigning any reason whatsoever.
3. Upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years for SC/ST candidates and 3 years for Other Backward Classes (OBC) – non creamy layer candidates.
4. Upper age limit for Persons with Disabilities (PwD) candidates as per Govt. Guideline. Persons with 40% or more Disabilities shall be eligible for relaxation.
5. Upper age limit is relaxable for Ex-Servicemen.

Candidates fulfilling the qualification and experience criteria may apply in the Annexure-A (Biodata Format) along with relevant attachment duly self-attested and send their applications by email to the following email id:

The e-mail address specified in the application should be valid/functional for at least 24 months from the date of the submission of application. Intimation for interview shall be sent by email. Kindly ensure that your email is valid and operational. Candidates are advised to periodically check their email and the website for further updates.

CEIL shall not be responsible for any loss of email, due to invalid/wrong email id. No request in this regard will be entertained.

[B][U]Schedule of Submission of Application[/U][/B]: Last date of receipt of application on email is within 15 days of publication of our advt. in The Times of India OR Employment News whichever is later.

Please note that information regarding extension of the last date of submission of application (if any) shall be published in CEIL’s website only. Hence, candidates shall ensure to keep track of the same. Applications received in the approved pro forma (Annexure A) will be put up to Committee for Shortlisting.

Screening and selection will be based on the details provided in the application form, hence it is necessary that only accurate, full and correct information is furnished by the applicants. Furnishing of wrong/false information will be a disqualification and CEIL will NOT be responsible for disqualification as a consequence of furnishing of such wrong/false information.

Short listed candidates will be informed about the Date, time and venue of the Interviews through email mentioned in the CV. Interviews will be held at CEIL offices in New Delhi and Mumbai.

[B][U]GENERAL CONDITIONS[/U][/B]:
1.    Shortlisted candidates called for interview will be reimbursed II-AC class return rail fare from the Railway Station nearest to place of their residence to Place of interview by the shortest route, on production of journey tickets/details.

2.    In the absence of any of the documents mentioned below, the candidate will not be allowed to appear for interview and in that case, no travel expenses shall be reimbursed. They are required to bring the following original certificates along with attested photocopies as documentary proof at the time of interview: 
** Proof of Age
** Educational Qualifications (All the Mark Sheet & Certificates)
** All experience certificates
** Service Certificate of past employment & proof of date of joining & its continuity in the present Organization (if applicable).
** Last Salary Certificate (if applicable)
** Medical Certificate/Person with Disability Certificate (if applicable) with photograph issued by the competent authority satisfying the minimum degree of disability of 40% in respective categories.
** Copy of Scheduled Caste/Scheduled Tribe/Other Backward Class (OBC) (Non-creamy Layer) certificate, if applicable from the competent authority. OBC certificate produced by candidates should clearly indicate that they do not belong to creamy layer

3.    Only those who meet the prescribed eligibility criteria need apply. If at any stage it is found that the candidate does not meet the prescribed eligibility criteria, he/she will be disqualified. CEIL reserves the right to reject any application without assigning any reason.

4.    Candidates should be of sound health and have to provide Medical Fitness Certificate from Government Hospital / Company Nominated Hospital at the time of joining.
5.    CEIL may restrict the no. of candidates to be called for interview in proportion to the requirement based on academic excellence, age, experience.
6.    CEIL reserves the right to cancel the advertisement and/or the selection process there under without assigning any reason.
7.    The applicant should essentially have proficiency in computer knowledge.
8.    Candidates working in PSU/Govt. Sector shall be required to forward their application through proper channel or submit NOC (No Objection Certificate) from their present employer at the time of interview (if shortlisted).
9.    Avenues for Career growth in the organization shall be governed by the prevailing rules & practices depending on the qualification and performance.
10.    Canvassing in any form will result in disqualification.
11.    Court of jurisdiction for any dispute will be at Delhi.
