[B][U]Urban Infrastructure Expert Recruitment [/U][/B]: 
Urban Development and Housing Department (UD&HD), Government of Jharkhand invites application from interested professional for the post mentioned below on purely contractual basis under Atal Mission for Rejuvenation and Urban Transformation (AMRUT).

[B][U]1. Terms of Engagement [/U][/B]:The appointment of professionals will be purely on contract basis for a period of (1) One Year, which may be extended after the annual review of performance, output and desired impacts. However the contract may be terminated in the case of unsatisfactory service.
2. The successful candidate will have to sign a contractual agreement in the prescribed format.
3. The contract shall not confer any rights or claim of extension/absorption in the department. The candidate will have to produce and affidavit in this case.
4. Candidate should be below 50 years of age as on the last date fixed for submission of the application.
[B][U]5. Last date for receipt of Application [/U][/B]: 05/01/2018 till 5:00 PM.
6. The qualification and experience for different category of post is described in Appendix-A.
7. The selection of the candidate will be completely on the basis of Essential Qualification, Experience and Interview.
[B][U]8. How to apply [/U][/B]:Duly filled application form as enclosed in Appendix-B along with attested copy of the proof of age, qualification and experience should be sent through the registered post/speed post/courier to the State Urban Development Agency, Room No. 404, 4th Floor, Project Bhawan, Dhurwa, Ranchi-834004. The application form made available by hand shall not be entertained.
9. The list of shortlisted candidate will be uploaded in the Notice section of the website jharkhand.gov.in and the candidate will be intimidated about the date of interview.
10. The department reserves the right to cancel/postpone the recruitment wholly or partially if so required. No claim will be admissible in case of such cancellation/postponement.

[B][U]Qualification required [/U][/B]:
1 Urban Planner
** Qualification Required - Bachelor in Planning (Town Planning) or Masters in Planning in (Urban Planning/Environment Planning/Urban & Regional Planning)/MBA/PGDBM with 1st Class from the recognized university.
** Additional Qualification required –DCA.
** Experience - Fresher can apply. Candidate having experience in Project Management related to urban planning will be given preference.

[B][U]2 Urban Infrastructure Expert [/U][/B]:
** Qualification Required -B.Tech/B.E./B.Sc. (Engg.) in Civil Engineering with 1st Class from the recognized university.
** Additional Qualification required -M. Tech/M.E/M.Sc. (Engg.) in Civil Engineering.
** Experience -Fresher can apply. Candidate having experience in design and Project Management in Water Supply and Sewerage related projects will be given preference.

[B][U]3 Urban Reform Specialist [/U][/B]:
** Qualification Required -B.Tech/B.E./B.Sc. (Engg.) in Computer Science/MCA/MBA with 1st Class from the recognized university.
** Additional Qualification required - M. Tech/M.E/M.Sc. (Engg.) in Computer Science.
** Experience - Fresher can apply. Candidate having experience in e-Governance projects will be given preference.

** Qualification Required - B.Tech/B.E./B.Sc. (Engg.) in Environmental/Civil Engg./Chemical Engg. with 1st Class from the recognized university.
** Additional Qualification required - M. Tech/M.E/M.Sc. (Engg.) in Environmental/Civil Engg./Chemical Engg.
