Written Test for the post of Medical Officer in Health & Medical Education Department – Result thereof.

In pursuance of Rule 32 of J&K Public Service Commission (Conduct of Examinations) Rules, 2005 read with Rule 40 of J&K Public Service Commission (Business & Procedure) Rules, 1980, the candidates as per Annexure-A to this notification are hereby declared to have qualified for the Oral Test for the posts of Medical Officer in Health & Medical Education Department on the basis of their performance in the Written Test which was held on 02.12.2017.

[B][U]Note[/U][/B]:
i. The candidature of candidates shown in Annexure –A is purely provisional;
ii. Only eligible candidates possessing requisite qualification prescribed under rules shall be allowed to appear in the Oral Test/Interview subject to the condition that they are within the prescribed age limit on the cut off date.

iii. The candidates who qualified the Written Test are advised to submit copy of their online application form along with fee receipt within 07 days at J&K PSC office, Resham Ghar Colony Bakshi Nagar Jammu/ Solina Srinagar or send by post to the address of “Controller of Examinations, J&K Public Service Commission, Resham Ghar Colony, Bakshi Nagar Jammu” by registered post and only such identified documents shall be received as have been posted by or before 20.12.2017 and delivered in the Commission by 21.12.2017.

iv. The candidates shall produce their original certificates/testimonials on the date of oral test/Interview.
v. Oral Test/Interview of the eligible candidates shall be held tentatively w.e.f 22.12.2017. However, the detailed schedule for Oral Test/interview will be notified separately.
vi. The result of one candidate bearing Rollno 3301776 has been kept withheld for want of requisite documents.
vii. This is subject to the outcome of writ petition, if any, pending disposal before any competent Court of Law.
