KRISHAK BHARATI COOPERATIVE LIMITED (KRIBHCO), a multi state cooperative organization with its operation on PAN India and international basis, invites application from the Indian Citizen eligible candidates for the Post of Junior Accounts Assistant Gr-I & HR Trainee.

[B][U]Post Name[/U][/B] : Junior Accounts Assistant Gr-I
 [B][U]Qualification[/U][/B]: Full Time Regular course of B.Com as well as M.Com with minimum 60 % marks in B.Com and M.Com.
 [B][U]Age Limit[/U][/B]: Not more than 27 years as on 31.10.2017.
 [B][U]Pay Scale[/U][/B]: Rs.12,100 – 20,600/- (Under Revision)
 [B][U]Job Profile [/U][/B]: The selected candidates should be able to work in ERP (SAP) environment for which suitable training will be provided.
[B][U]The job responsibilities include[/U][/B]:
** Passing bills.
** Accounting of sales, fixed assets, expenses, receipts.
** Reconciliation of bank accounts, customer accounts, vendor accounts.
** Preparation of monthly accounts, review thereof.
** Preparation of accounts and schedules for Statutory Audit, tax Audit.
** Compliance of GST and other applicable taxes and filing returns.
** Preparation of periodical management information reports.
** Financial concurrence of proposals.
** Revenue and capital budget preparation.
** Preparation of financial inputs for working out feasibility and profitability of new projects.
** Other functions related to accounts.
The job responsibilities can be changed from time to time as per the requirements of the organization to get exposure in all areas of F&A discipline.

[B][U]Post Name [/U][/B]:  HR Trainee 
 [B][U]Qualification[/U][/B]: MSW or MHRM or {Grad. +LLB+ PG Dip in PM/HRM} or Regular full-time MBA (HR) or MHRD or equivalent Post-graduate diploma in management (HR specialization) from recognized University/ institute under UGC/AICTE with minimum 60% marks.
 [B][U]Age Limit[/U][/B]: Not more than 27 years as on 31.10.2017.
 [B][U]Training Period[/U][/B]: One year
 [B][U]Stipend during training period[/U][/B]: Stipend of Rs.12,900/- per month plus other allowances as per entitlement.
 [B][U]Bond[/U][/B]: HR Trainee will be required to execute and furnish a bond of Rs. 60,000/- to serve KRIBHCO for at least three years after completion of one year of training.
 [B][U]Pay Scale[/U][/B]: After successful completion of training of one year, the candidate will be absorbed as a permanent employee in the pay scale of Rs.12,900 – 22,200/-.
 
 [B][U]Career progression[/U][/B]: The selected candidate will have career path up to middle management level in Finance & Accounts Discipline.
    [B][U]Mode of Selection[/U][/B]: Eligible candidates will be required to appear in Computer Based Test, information for which will be provided in the Admit card. Based on the performance of the candidates in the Computer Based Test they will be called for Personal Interview. Selection of candidates shall be made on the basis of merit list drawn on the basis of performance of the candidate in the Personal Interview.
 [B][U]Registration Fee [/U][/B]: Candidates are required to deposit registration fee of Rs. 450/- while applying online for the above post

[B][U]Computer Based Test[/U][/B]: 
Eligible candidates will be required to appear for Computer Based Test objective type test at any one of the centre at NOIDA, Bhopal, Hyderabad or Mumbai. No request for change of examination centre will be entertained after final submission of online application form.

However, KRIBHCO reserves the right to cancel or add any centre depending upon the response of candidates in that area/centre. Medium of Test will be in English. Duration of test will be 90 minutes. The total number of questions will be 100.

[B][U]Personal Interview[/U][/B]: The candidates who are shortlisted by KRIBHCO based on Computer Based Test score will be called for personal interview.
 [B][U]Final Selection[/U][/B]: Candidates, in addition to fulfilling the requisite criteria, are required to qualify in the Computer Based Test and thereafter again in the Personal Interview separately.

[B][U]How to apply[/U][/B]:
 Eligible and interested candidates would be required to apply online only through “Careers” page on KRIBHCO’s website. No other means/mode of application will be accepted. Before applying the candidates should ensure that they fulfill all the eligibility norms. Mere issue of admit card and registering online shall not imply acceptance of candidature.

Candidature of a registered candidate is liable to be rejected at any stage of recruitment process or even after joining, if any information provided by the candidate is found to be false or not in conformity with the eligibility criteria at any stage.

[B][U]Before registering on the website, the candidates should possess the following[/U][/B]:
1. Valid e-mail ID, which should remain valid for at least one year.
2. Candidates should have latest passport size photograph on a white back ground (jpg or jpeg file only upto 100 kb) for uploading with the application form.
3. Candidates should have photograph of signature on a white background in digital format (jpg or jpeg file only upto 100 kb) for uploading with the application form.
4. Scanned copy of Aadhaar Card and supporting documents for age and qualification for uploading (jpg or jpeg or pdf file only upto 100 kb each)
5. Provision to pay examination fee of Rs. 450/-. Candidates can opt to pay through internet banking account or credit/debit card.

[B][U]The registration process involves following three Steps[/U][/B]:
[B][U]Step 1[/U][/B]: Filling up of Application - Go to KRIBHCO “Careers” page at kribhco.net. Read the instructions carefully to be sure about candidate’s eligibility. Click on the link of the above position. Fill up all the required fields. Ensure the information provided is correct and then submit

[B][U]Step 2[/U][/B]: Making Payment - Click on “Make payment” which will take candidate to Payment Gateway, which has been authorized to collect the application fee /processing charges on behalf of KRIBHCO.

[B][U]Step 3[/U][/B]: Final Registration & Printing of Provisional Registration Slip - Once the payment is made; candidates should retain a photocopy of their e-receipt and Registration Slip as they can be asked to produce them for reference, at any stage of selection process.

After applying online, candidate is required to download the system generated Provisional Registration Slip with unique registration number and other essential details. Fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.

Candidates are therefore requested to verify their eligibility before paying the application/ processing fee and to fill in the payment details carefully. Failed Transaction amount will be automatically refunded to same A/c from which the payment was originally made, within 15 working days.

[B][U]IMPORTANT[/U][/B]:
** All correspondence with candidates shall be done only on their registered e-mail ID/mobile no. provided by candidate.
** Responsibility of receiving, downloading and printing of admit card/any other information shall be of the candidate. KRIBHCO will not be responsible for any loss of text sms sent, due to invalid/wrong mobile no. provided by the candidate or for delay/non receipt of information if a candidate fails to access his/her mobile well in time.
** Candidates are required not to send any document by post to KRIBHCO.
** Candidates will be allowed to appear in the Computer Based Test only if they possess the valid Photo Admit Card which will be available for downloading from KRIBHCO website.

[B][U]General Instructions[/U][/B]:
1. Candidates possessing the required degree from Govt. Universities / Institutes approved/recognized by AICTE/UGC will only be eligible to apply.
2. While applying the candidates should enter their full name as it appears on the matriculation/secondary school certificate.
3. Minimum percentage of marks in the essential qualification(s) as indicated above shall be aggregate of all semesters/years to be calculated taking average of all semesters/years, irrespective of the weightage given to any particular semester/year by the Institute/University.
4. Wherever CGPA/OGPA or letter grade in a degree is awarded; equivalent percentage of marks should be indicated in the online application form as per norms adopted by the University/Institute. Where no norms have been specified, the CGPA/OGPA will be presumed to have been provided on a 10 point scale.
5. No TA will be paid to the candidates for appearing in the Computer Based test.
