i) Enter Registration ID
ii) Enter Date of Birth      
iii) Click on "Login" Button

Eligible candidate will be called for written test of multiple choice type questions (MCQ), Computer Test and Interview before the selection committee, for which admit card is to be downloaded from web- site (i.e. hooghly.gov.in) and no admit card in hard copy will be issued from this end. So,  candidate has to check the Website frequently.

[B][U]1. Assistant [/U][/B]:  
 i)Written Examination-80 marks
 Objective type on (Technical Subject- 50 marks, English-10 marks, General awareness, Mental  ability &  policies-20 marks).
ii) Computer test- 10 marks
iii) Interview- 10 marks.

[B][U]2 Junior Engineer [/U][/B]: 
 i)Written Examination-80 marks
Objective type on Technical Subject- 50 marks, English-10  marks, General awareness, Mental  ability &  policies-20 marks.
ii) Computer test- 10 marks
iii) Interview- 10 marks.

3 Livelihood Development Officer
 i)Written Examination-80 marks
Objective type on English-30
General awareness, Mental ability & Govt. policies-50
 ii) Computer test- 10 marks
 iii) Interview- 10 marks.
 
4 Training Coordinator
i)Written Examination-80 marks
(Objective type on English-30 marks, General awareness, Mental ability &  policies-50 marks).
ii) Computer test- 10 marks
iii) Interview- 10 marks.
   
   The originals of each of the following documents must be brought at the time of final verification  before issuance of appointment letter.
 1. Photo copy of Identity Card (Passsport/Voter ID Card/Aadhaar Card/Pan Card)
 2. Proof of address (Pass sport/Voter ID Card/Aadhaar Card)
 3. Age proof Certificate (Madhyamik or equivalent certificate).
 4. All Mark sheets and pass certificate of all the essential academic and professional qualification.
 5. Caste certificate as mentioned in the time of application.

Selected candidates will be engaged on contractual basis for 1 (one) year.

This district with its Headquarters located at Chinsurah town is within the Burdwan Division of the State of West Bengal. So far history goes, the name "Hooghly" is derived probably from the 'HOGLA', a tall reed, which grows in abundance on the riverbanks and in the marshy low lands below them.
