BBJ is a Central Public Sector Enterprise, under the control of the Ministry of Heavy Industries & Public Enterprises is engaged in Civil Construction / Road Construction/Bridge Construction projects all over India. It urgently requires the following Executives on contract basis:

[B][U]Experience[/U][/B]:  must have adequate experience in handling huge high value Civil Engineering Project of Road Construction in a reputed organization. Experience in FIDIC contract is desirable . Must possess adequate knowledge in Design, Contract & Project Management with exposer in Computer application. 
[B][U]Consolidated Salary[/U][/B]: Rs. 50,000/- per month. (Negotiable for deserving candidate)

It has been brought to the notice of this Company i.e The Braithwaite Burn and Jessop Construction Company Limited herein after called the "Company" that fraudulent attempts have been made by some people to imitate, replicate and impersonate the contents both linguistic and pictorial of the website of the Company.

The said fraudulently replicated website in the name of others is launched in the electronic media being neither connected nor linked to the Company owning the website has allegedly started alluring people with all sorts of misrepresentation and falsehood aiming to cause injury and deception prejudicial to their genuine interest.

Publication of Employment Advertisement and solicitation to make financial commitments are some of the counterfeit move taken by the offender under the aegis of the impersonate website.

The said action in form and contents by whatever name called amounts to infringement and constitutes criminal offence triable under The Copy Right Act 1957 and Indian Penal Code 1860 and other applicable Laws in force . Stringent actions in terms of the said statutes are being taken against the perpetrators of the Crime for purported criminal actions and fraudulent activities indulged by them.

Nevertheless, by virtue of this Notice of Forewarning, members of the general public are hereby cautioned that despite the notice if any person including Firm, Association or Company participate, deal and transact or do anything by whatever name called in response to deceptive calls, or misleading advertisements or Notice issued by the operators of said impersonated website, they can do so at their own risk and peril and the Company shall not be held responsible for any loss or prejudice suffered or caused to be suffered by them.[/QUOTE]
