BITS Pilani, K. K. Birla Goa Campus invites applications for the position of Nurse. The post details are as follows:

[B][U]Salary [/U][/B]: Pay Band: Rs. 5,200 – 20,200; Grade Pay: Rs. 2,800; Starting Basic Pay: Rs. 10,200; Starting CTC (p.a.): Rs. 3.27 l.p.a. (inclusive of current DA at Central Government rate & CPF @ 12% on Basic Pay & Dearness Allowance)
[B][U]Other Benefits  [/U][/B]: Other benefits such as Reimbursement @ 90% of Medical Expenses / ESIC (as applicable), LTC, Reimbursement of Children’s School Fees up to class XII, Gratuity, Pension under EPS 1995 (as applicable), Leave, will be admissible as per institute norms.
[B][U]Qualification & Experience  [/U][/B]: Fresh B.Sc. in Nursing OR Diploma in General Nursing Midwifery (GNM) with minimum 5 years of experience. Must be registered with Indian Nursing Council / State Nursing Council.
[B][U]Desirable[/U][/B]: Experience as a Staff Nurse in established nursing home/hospital/ medical institutions.

[B][U]Skills & Competencies [/U][/B]:
** Should possess good communication skills to manage the patients at the OPD of Medical Centre.
** Should have computer proficiency for management of the hospital management software to maintain the clinical data.

[B][U]Job Role & Responsibilities [/U][/B]:
** Assisting the Medical Doctors of the Institute.
** Providing general nursing care to patients at OPD / Day care of Medical Centre of the Institute.
** Providing medications and injections as prescribed by the doctor.
** Administering Intravenous Fluids and oxygen.
** Monitoring of VITALS like Pulse, Blood Pressure, Temperature, etc.
** Nursing inventory listing and maintenance at Medical Centre.
** Facilitating medical equipment of the Medical Centre.
** Providing / managing the 24X7 hours Emergency (ER) Care.
** Participation in Community health camps / Immunization programs, etc.

[B][U]Salary & Other Benefits [/U][/B]:
CTC up to 10 lakhs per annum depending upon experience and qualification plus other benefits such as Reimbursement @ 90% of Medical Expenses, LTC, Reimbursement of Children’s School Fees up to class XII, Gratuity, Pension under EPS 1995 (as applicable), Leave, as per institute norms. On-campus accommodation will be provided, subject to availability.

[B][U]Qualification & Experience [/U][/B]:
Chartered Accountant with minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience. MBA in accounting function with 5 years of post-qualification experience may also be considered if found good.
Should be within the age group of 27 - 37 years. Should have about 3-4 years’ experience in accounting and project accounting functions.

[B][U]Knowledge, Skills & Competencies [/U][/B]:
** Should be a team player with the ability to work under own initiative and with small team within guidelines set to strict reporting timescales with a result- oriented approach.
** Should possess excellent IT Skills, should be well versed with Excel, Word and should be able to work in the ERP environment (Preferably Tally ERP 9.0 & PeopleSoft).
** Strong exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills.
** Should have a good knowledge & understanding of Grant Accounting according to Indian GAAP, and Finalization of Accounts preferred.
** Should have a good knowledge on preparation of capital & opex budget.
** Should have a good knowledge of Taxation Matters - Income Tax, Service Tax, WCT, etc.

[B][U]Job Role & Responsibilities [/U][/B]:
** Verifying invoices received towards the Expansion Project.
** Maintaining the Project Accounting for BITS-Goa.
** Ensuring proper budget control to control expenses within the sanctioned budget.
** Responsible for project related records, contracts, documents, etc.
** Preparing reports to place before income tax & service tax assessment proceedings.
** Ensuring best in class Financial, Accounting, MIS and Internal Control systems to meet the accounting and reporting requirement relating to Projects.
** Timely submitting MIS reports to the Management.
** Involvement in Audit.
