[B][U]Result [/U][/B]:
The DOCUMENT VERIFICATION-CUM-INTERVIEW of the shortlisted candidates who have qualified the written examination of Common Graduate Level posts of State and Divisional Cadre Jammu/Kashmir advertised in pursuance to various advertisement notifications shown website.

[B][U]Notice [/U][/B]:
1. It is notified for the information of all the concerned that out of the candidates who appeared in the objective type written test for the Common Graduate Level posts (State, Divisional and various District Cadres) the candidates shown in Annexure A, as per Rule 28 of the Jammu and Kashmir Selection Board (Business and Procedure) Regulation, 2013, have been shortlisted for interview/ viva-voce.

2. The candidates are free to approach the Board for any sort of query/clarification(if any) for which they shall represent before the Divisional Offices of JK Services Selection Board located at Paray Pora, Srinagar/Opposite B.S.F School Paloura, Jammu within “15” days from the date of issuance of instant notification. No claim whatsoever shall be entertained thereafter.

3. Further, the merit position of the shortlisted candidates will be displayed after completion of the Selection process. Moreover, any other related information will be provided to the candidates on application within the provisions of the RTI Act, after completion of selection process.

[B][U]Note[/U][/B]:
1. The candidature of the candidates mentioned in Annexure A is provisional and shall be subject to scrutiny of original certificates / documents at any time / at the time of interview.
2. The result does not reflect the order of merit of candidates.
3. The interviews will tentatively commence from 02nd week of November 2017.  The detailed schedule shall be notified separately. 
4. The candidates will also be required to submit preferences on the day of viva in case they are shortlisted in multiple items.

[B][U]Interview Notice [/U][/B]:
1) The interview schedule and particulars of the eligible candidates will also be available in the offices of the Administrative Officer, J&K Services selection Board, Jammu /Srinagar.
3) All/any additional qualifications / reserved category certificate acquired by the candidate after the last date of receipt of application forms shall not be entertained.
4) Mere figuring of name in the list does not entitle the candidate to appear in the interview as it shall be subject to the scrutiny of all testimonials of the candidates shortlisted.

5) No separate interview call letter shall be issued to any candidate whose name figures in the said list and this notice shall be deemed to be interview call to appear before the interview committee on the schedule date, time and venue. A candidate who fails to appear in the interview on the given date shall not be interviewed later and shall forfeit his/her right of consideration.

6) In case of any deficiency with reference to eligibility etc proved at the time of interview, the candidate shall not be allowed to appear in the interview, or if any deficiency is found subsequently the candidate shall not be considered for selection and will be treated as disqualified.

7) The candidate shall have to produce all original certificates / testimonials as asked for vide above referred advertisement notification before the interview committee at the time of interview. The candidates who fail to produce such certificates / testimonials may forfeit their candidature.

8) Any candidate found guilty of impersonating or submitting fabricated / tampered documents / testimonials or making false statement, incorrect statement or suppressing material information shall be rendered liable to criminal prosecution under law and may be debarred permanently or for a specific period for consideration for any or all recruitments made by the Board. Also canvassing / lobbying in any form will entail disqualification of the candidate.

9) No TA/DA shall be paid for participation in the interview.

[B][U]Note[/U][/B]:
(1) The candidates are advised to bring Photostat copy of each certificate duly attested by Gazetted Officer with his/her seal or self attested by the candidate for depositing with the Board on the scheduled date and time of interview in addition to original documents, failing which no claim / objection in this regard shall be entertained.

(2) The candidates have been included in the interview list provisionally and only such candidates shall be allowed to appear in the interview who are within age, possess valid category certificates and prescribed qualification before the cut off date.
