 [B][U]Qualification [/U][/B]: Associate Membership of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India or Associate Membership of Institute of Cost & Works Accountant of India. (now, Institute of Cost Accountants of India).
[B][U]Experience [/U][/B]: Should possess at least 5 years experience in Managerial position handling finance in a Company. In the case of SC/ST candidates, relaxation of experience qualification is allowed, if they are found otherwise suitable for the post, subject to approval of Govt.
[B][U]Age limit [/U][/B]: Between 40 to 50 years as on 01-01-2017 with usual relaxation as per rules
[B][U]Pay & Allowances [/U][/B]: ` 77400-1800-81000-2000-97000-2200-108000-2400 115200 plus usual allowances as per company rules.

[B][U]General Conditions [/U][/B]:
1. Recruitment will be made observing the principles of reservation as applicable to Govt. appointments.

2. Candidates may apply in the prescribed application form. Self attested copies of certificates in respect of age, educational qualifications including mark lists, experience, caste in the cases of SC/ST & backward communities are to be enclosed.

The experience certificate shall contain the name of the organization, address details, tenure of experience of the candidate, nature of duties performed by the candidate, details of remuneration received by the candidate etc. clearly. Experience gained after the prescribed qualifications only be taken into account.

A recent passport size photograph to be affixed in the space provided for the same in the application form.

3. Applications not in the prescribed form/incomplete applications /without necessary enclosures and applicants without having prescribed manpower specifications , will not be considered for further selection process.
4. The application format and other details can be downloaded from the company’s website rplkerala.com or the same can be obtained from the Regd. Office of the company at Punalur on request.
5. Candidates working in Govt. Depts. /Public Sector Undertakings shall forward their application through proper channel or produce a no-objection certificate from the employer at the time of test/interview.
6. The management reserves the right to modify/cancel any or entire selection proceedings subsequent to this notification, at any point of time, as and when found necessary.
7. Managing Director has absolute discretion in accepting or rejecting any application during the process of selection without any reason and his decision will be final.
