[B][U]Pay & Benefits [/U][/B]: Scale of Pay Rs.16,400 – 40,500 (Approx. Monthly CTC Rs.57,500/- in the minimum of scale) Pay scale likely to be revised in 2018.
[B][U]Position [/U][/B]: Regular (On successful completion of probationary period of one year)
[B][U]Job Responsibilities [/U][/B]: Shift duties, Product and shop floor management, Production Planning and Control etc.
[B][U]Location [/U][/B]: Initial placement at Thiruvananthapuram (transferable anywhere in India or abroad).
[B][U]Qualification [/U][/B]: 1st Class (Marks 60 % or more) BE/B.Tech (Mechanical / Production)

[B][U]Experience [/U][/B]: 
Minimum 3 years post qualification experience preferably in High Precision Fabrication/ Machine Tool/ Manufacturing Industry.

Experienced in  Production Planning & Control Department and Project Management in related industry and also  having knowledge of Machining, Welding processes and other Production Engineering  methods. Working knowledge in Autocard/3D CAE Software & experience in preparing Method  sheets/ Process sheets desirable. Positive attitude to maintain good liaisoning with customers.
