Applications are invited for engagement of bonafide Indian citizen in the following position, tenable at CSIR-CGCRI, Kolkata as per details furnished below
[B][U]Project No. & Project Title [/U][/B]: GAP0258 “The prospect of cancer therapy using an inorganic nano conjugate comprising micro RNA-34 family,” Nano-mission Scheme  sponsored by DST
[B][U]Position  [/U][/B]: Lab Attendant
[B][U]No. of Post [/U][/B]: 01 
[B][U]Stipend [/U][/B]: Rs.5,000/- (Consolidated) p.m

[B][U]Tenure[/U][/B]: Initially 1 Year Likely to be extended upto 12.06.2020 depending upon the satisfactory performance of the  candidate

Co-terminus with the duration of the project, whichever is earlier

[B][U]Essential Qualification[/U][/B]: Passed XIIth Standard.
[B][U]Age[/U][/B]: 28 Years. The upper age limit is relaxable upto 5 years in case of candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC/Women/Physically Handicapped.

[B][U]Desirable[/U][/B]: Preference will be given to those candidates with B.Sc qualification with some experience in general laboratory maintenance and analytical equipments and in vitro cell culture facility maintenance etc.

Interested candidates are requested to apply along with prescribed Application format available in the website with this Advertisement. The application format must be filled up by TYPING (not hand-written) enclosing self attested copies of each supporting documents/certificates.

Incomplete applications without prescribed format and supporting documents will be summarily rejected. Candidate(s) with results awaited will not be eligible.

CSIR-CGCRI reserves the right not to fill up the position (s), if it is so desired by the Competent Authority, who may increase/decrease the number of position, as per the requirement of the project. The above mentioned position is purely on contractual basis. There is no provision of re-employment after expiry of contract period.

The applications should reach this office addressed to Dr. Jui Chakraborty, Sr. Scientist,  BCCD, CSIR-CGCRI, 196, Raja S. C. Mullick Road, Kolkata-700032 on or before 19.09.2017 by 6-00 P.M and the envelope containing the Application must be superscribed the Advt. No. and name of the position on the top left corner in Block Letter.

In case of large number of applications received for the above position, the Competent Authority may fix parameters for shortlisting the candidates. The Short-listed candidates will be called for Interview at a later date. Mere fulfilling the minimum educational qualification does not make the candidate eligible for engagement.

The selected candidates shall have no right/claim for regular appointment at this  Institute. The decision of the Institute shall be final in this regard. Canvassing in any form will lead to cancellation of candidature. Interim enquiries in this respect will not be entertained.[/QUOTE]
