[B][U]Medical Officer Recruitment [/U][/B]:
Interested eligible candidates are invited to appear in the "Walk-in-interview" on 14th September 2017 at 10.30 am to 01.00 pm at the Office of the Chief Medical Officer of Health, Jhargram, Raghunathpur, (Old OPD Building, District Hospital Complex), Jhargram, Pin - 721507 for the contractual posts of 01 (one) Medical Officer, AHFC, under ARSH, Jhargram for Jhargram District Hospital, 05 (five) Medical Officer under NHM, Jhargram at a consolidated monthly remuneration of Rs.40,000/-.

All interested candidates are requested to attend the same with their Original testimonials along with a prescribed application form.

[B][U]Selection Criteria[/U][/B]:
1. MBBS degree from a MCI recognized institute with one year compulsory internship. (Registered under West Bengal Medical Council)
2. Weightage will be given for higher qualification
3. Age should not exceed 62 years as on 0l.04.2017.
4. No of Post 06 (six)
5. Self attested photocopy of the all mark sheets.
6. Self attested photocopy of age proof of the candidate
7. An application fee in form of Demand Draft of t 100.00 for General Candidate and t 50.00 for reserved categories to be submitted with the application. The demand draft should be in favour of District Health and Family Welfare Samiti, Jhargram payable at Jhargram.
8. No TA/DA will be paid to the candidates for the selection test / interview.
9. Self attested recent 2 copies recent passport six photo to be pasted one in Application form.
10. Authority reserves the right to cancel all or any application without assigning any reason.

[B][U]Accounts Assistant Recruitment [/U][/B]:
District Health & Family welfare samiti, Jhargram will engage personnel for the position as stated below under National Health Mission, Department of Health and Family. welfare, Government of west Bengal purely on contractual basis.

Eligible candidates should apply online in the prescribed format as given in Departments website from of 30th August 2017 to Midnight of 13th September 2017 for the mentioned position. Only online application will be accepted. Application forms not properly filled in or incomplete Application forms are liable to be cancelled.

Application fees of 100/- for General candidates and 50/- for reserved category candidates have submitted to be through demand draft mode. The amount is non-refundable.
