PROVISIONALLY SHORTLISTED CANDIDATES FOR APPRENTICESHIP TRAINING AT HAL NASIK - TRADE APPRENTICES

[B][U]GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS [/U][/B]:
1. The candidates provisionally shortlisted (as per the list attached at annexure I) have to ensure the following details filled correctly in their profile at“apprenticeship.gov.in “.
I. Candidate type must be ITI Passed.
II. Date of Birth Must be as per Aadhaar Card.
III. Date of Birth Certificate must be uploaded.
IV. NCVT/SCVT Certificate number should match with ITI certificate uploaded.
V. Name of the candidate and father must be as per the Aadhaar Card.
VI. Certified candidate type must be “Regular”.
VII. ITI Trade must be as per ITI certificate uploaded.
VIII. Aadhaar Card No (UID No) should be entered correctly.
IX. Candidate’s Photograph must be visible clearly.
X. Contact Details must be entered correctly.
XI. Academic qualification must be 10th for the trades other than Carpenter, Welder and Painter. The academic qualification may be 8th for the trades Carpenter, Welder and Painter. The corresponding certificate must be uploaded.
XII. In Technical Qualification council/ University must be NCVT /SCVT or DVET.
XIII. Name of the Trade should match certificate uploaded.
XIV. The required all ITI semester marks sheets must be uploaded.
XV. All the certificates uploaded must be visible clearly.

2. All the candidates provisionally shortlisted are informed to join for Apprenticeship training at Technical Training Centre (TTC), Air force road, Ojhar, Nasik, at 7:30AM on 1st Sep’2017. Also the candidates have to submit Medical fitness certificate from Govt. Hospital & Police verification certificate by SP/CP.

3. The final selection will be subjected to the online registration of the contract of the Apprenticeship at “.apprenticeship.gov.in “. If the candidate contract registration is not completed even after the joining date for any reason, he/she will be terminated from the apprenticeship at any point of time.

4. If the candidates fail to report on the above mentioned date & time, it will presumed that candidate is not interested in Apprenticeship Training and his candidature will be treated as cancelled.
5. HAL, Nasik will not be under any obligation to provide Employment on completion of the Apprenticeship Training.
6. The candidates have to report in uniform with black shoe. (Uniform colour: Black Pant; for male: Lavender colour shirt ; For Female Lavender colour Top).

The candidate has to make his/her own arrangement for accommodation & travelling for the engagement process/during Apprenticeship Training Period & No accommodation & travelling allowance will be paid by the company.
