[B][U]1. ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER (PRODUCTION) / SENIOR MANAGER (PRODUCTION) [/U][/B]:-

Should be well versed with the Cement manufacturing Key Performance Indicators and should have full control on the systems and processes.

Should be a good Team Leader, Communicator and should coordinate with all the agencies / Departments in the manufacturing facility.

[B][U]Experience [/U][/B]: Should have minimum 19 years of post qualification experience as on 01/08/2017 in a Cement plant.
Candidates should have worked for minimum 5 years as Manager / Senior Manager in an integrated cement plant in a leading role and will be responsible for the maintenance activities of complete cement plant from lime stone crusher to packing plant.

Should have worked in the pyro section having full knowledge about maintenance of Kiln, cooler, preheater, limestone crusher, Ball mills, belt conveyors, coal handling equipments, bucket elevators, large fans and other cement plant equipments, ability to handle the complete department.

Should have exposure to safe working conditions and plant safety, maintenance scheduling and planning, manage and schedule Parts Management, Cement plant projects and erection activities, scheduling activities for plant preventive maintenance.

Manpower planning & engagement, maintenance of coal mill (Ball Mill), Elevator, Belt Conveyor, fans, pumps, ESP, Baghouse, Drag chain & reliable plant operations. Spare Parts Management & Inventory Control. Must be able to handle workmen & control labour and should have knowledge & exposure of integrated cement plant equipment's maintenance.
