1. Senior Residents under Residency Scheme for three years subject to renewal/ extension every year for ESIC Model Hospital, Ludhiana:-

2. Senior Residents on contract basis* against IMO for ESIC Model Hospital, Ludhiana – Anaesthesia – 02, Casualty – 01, Dermatology – 01, ENT – 01, Ophthalmology – 01, ICU – 02, Microbiology – 01, Neonatology – 01, Obs. & Gynae – 02, Pathology – 01, Psychiatry – 01, Pulm. Medicine – 01.

3. Part Time Super Specialists on contract basis* for ESIC Model Hospital, Ludhiana:- Cardiology – 01, Gastroenterology – 01, Endocrinology – 01, Neurology – 01, Nephrology – 01.
 
 4. Full Time /Part Time Specialists on contract basis* for ESIC Model Hospital, Ludhiana:- Biochemistry – 01, Dermatology – 01, Gen. Medicine – 01, Orthopaedics - 01, Radiology – 01.

5. Part Time Specialist on contract basis* for Model Dispensary cum Diagnostic Centre, Barnala – Medical Specialist - 01 and Surgical Specialist - 01 for 2 sessions of two hours each for 3 days in a week. Pathologist - 01 for daily one session of two hours per day for 06 days in a week.

6. Part Time Specialist on contract basis* for Model Dispensary cum Diagnostic Centre Rajpura – Medical Specialist - 01 and Surgical Specialist - 01 for 2 sessions of two hours each for 3 days in a week. Pathologist - 01 for daily one session of two hours per day for 06 days in a week.

[B][U]How to Apply[/U][/B]: 
** The eligible and desirous – fulfilling the educational qualifications/ eligibility conditions should submit their application alongwith one set of self-attested copies of the relevant documents in support of age, qualifications, Attempt certificate, Marks Sheet, Degree, MCI/ State Registration, SC/ST/OBC/PH Certificate & Experience certificate etc. and two recent passport size photographs.

The candidate who is currently in the employment must bring experience certificate (working certificate) failing which his/ her candidature liable to rejection.

** The applications should reach to the office of Medical Superintendent, ESIC Model Hospital, Bharat Nagar, Ludhiana before 4:00 pm on 21.07.2017.
** The interview is scheduled on 26.07.2017 (After the scrutiny of applications, the list of eligible candidates to be called for interview will be displayed on notice board and will also be uploaded on hospital’s website.)

** Number of above vacancies may increase/decrease.

** Candidates claiming reservation/age relaxation on grounds of belonging to OBC should submit the community certificate in prescribed proforma vide Govt. Of India, Department of Personnel Training OM No. 36012/22/93-EST (SCT) dated 08/09/93 which is modified vide OM No.- 36033/3/2004 Estt. (Res.) dated 09/3/2004 or the latest notification of the Government of India if any failing which the benefit of reservation/ relaxation will not be given or their application shall be rejected and no request/ correspondence will be entertained.
