[U][B]Apply for Checking of Addition of Marks[/B][/U] :
 Application Form for Checking of Addition of Marks for Supplementary HSC Examination, 2017   
    
[U][B]NOTE [/B][/U]: 
1. Only one application shall be entertained against one roll no. and it will be final as to the discretion of the Board.
2. Photo copy of the Original Pass Certificate-cum Mark sheet/ Memorandum of Marks/ Mark list down loaded from website must be attached.
3. Application incomplete & without requisite fees will be rejected.
4. Application are to be submitted in the Head Office/ Zonal Office as per notification published. Applications received beyond the due date shall be rejected.
5. Results of the Checking of Addition shall be published in the website of Board "bseodisha.ac.in".
6. Applicants shall collect photo copies of the answer books from the respective zonal office of the Board. The date from which photo copies will be available shall be informed through print media.

Candidates desirous of getting photo copy of evaluated answer scripts can apply in the prescribed format on or before date 20/07/2017. Checking of Addition of Marks is a precondition for supply of photo copy of Valuated answer books.
 
A candidate has to deposit an amount of Rs.100.00 (Rupees Hundred) only per subject towards Checking of Addition of Marks and another Rs.200.00 (Rupees Two Hundred) only per subject for supply of photocopy of answer book.

The results of Checking of Addition of Marks shall be published in the website of the Board  bseodisha.ac.in". The photocopy of the answer book shall be supplied to the respective zonal offices. For all these dates shall be notified later on in the leading Odia dailies.

The photo copy of the answer books will be supplied only to the candidates/ parents but not to any other Persons.

The Board of Secondary  Education, Odisha is a Body Corporate constituted under the Odisha  Secondary Education Act, 1953. It regulates, controls and developes  Secondary Education in the State of Odisha.

It Provides varied  courses in order to equip students for different occupations, to prepare  them for University education and to equip them for various cultural  purposes.

It examines those who have completed a prescribed  course of study and awards certificates to the successful candidates.  Besides, it does all other things which are incidental to the above.[/QUOTE]
