Eligible candidates may apply online (sams.co.in) or send their applications by Indian Post to the address below, mentioning clearly "For JRHMS: Post Applied for _____ " on the centre top of the envelope. Please note that applications shall be accepted only in the prescribed online and hard copy format available on the above websites.

Candidates are requested to submit applications either online or hard copy form, but not both. Hard copies of applications are to be posted to: SAMS Post Box No: 9780, New Delhi 110025. Applications shall be accepted for a period of 21 days from the date of publication of this advertisement and the last date for receiving the application shall be by or before 27th July 2017, 11:59 PM

[B][U]Notes[/U][/B]:
(1) The actual number of vacant positions may vary.
(2) Vacancies shall be subject to reservation policy of Govt. of Jharkhand.
(3) Candidates applying under reserved category shall need to attach a copy of latest caste certificate issued by competent authority (not below then Sub-Divisional Magistrate).
(4) Final Selection will be done on the basis of written test.

(5) Minimum Cut off for merit in the written test shall be as follows :
(a) 40% for Unreserved categories
(b) 36.5% for BC-II
(c) 34% for BC-I
(d) 32% for SC, ST and women applicants

(7) Candidates need to provide all essential requisite documents at the time of final selection.
(8) The contractual period for selected candidate shall be one year from the date of the appointment.
(9) Above positions shall be filled with 40% Ayurveda, 40% Homeopathic and 20% Unani streams.
(10) Please note that 30th June, 2017 shall be taken as reference date for computing experience, qualification etc.[/QUOTE]
