Approach your nearest Customer Service Centre or Registering Authority RTO.
[B]Documents required [/B]:
** Certificate of Registration in original
** Form 33 duly filled up
** Attested copy of valid vehicle insurance policy

** Attested copy of address proof of registered owner of vehicle.
** Attested copy of valid Pollution under Control Certificate
** Prescribed fee for registration

** Attested copy of PAN Card or Form 60 & 61(as applicable)
** If hypothetical is endorsed in the Registration Certificate, No Objection Certificate from the financer is needed to get the address changed in the Registration Certificate

The Transport department functions under the provisions of section 213 of Motor Vehicles Act, 1988. The Transport Department is primarily established for enforcement of the provisions of Motor Vehicles Act,1988, Madhya Pradesh Motor Vehicles Taxation Act,1924 (Amended 1993) and the rules framed under these two Acts.

The Transport Department is headed by the Transport Commissioner (TC). He is assisted by Deputy Transport Commissioners specializing in Enforcement, Administration and Finance in the Head office.[/QUOTE]
