Requirement of Senior Consultant (Skill Development) - One Position
 
[B][U]Job Description [/U][/B]: 
The incumbent should be a post graduate in any discipline or equivalent from reputed institution having 3-5 years of post-qualification grassroots level experience of business development and execution in skill development sector.

He/She should be professionally strong in institutional and government liaisoning with an excellent sense and grasp of the skill development landscape from a policy and implementation perspective.

Besides, he/she should also have excellent documentation, client transactions, communication, training implementation, quality control and decision-making skills.

[B][U]Job Profile [/U][/B]: 
Responsible for the entire skills value chain on PAN India basis. Also responsible for achievement of business targets keeping abreast with the dynamic market scenario and performing a role which involves setting up process, project management and client management.

[B][U]Terms & Package [/U][/B]: 
The incumbent will be engaged on contractual basis for 3 years subject to half yearly performance review. S/he will be based at Delhi and to operate on Pan India basis.

The remuneration will be Rs. 40-50 K per month on CTC basis. Besides, performance based suitable incentive may be payable on annual basis.
