[B][U]Compensation [/U][/B]:
 Pay Band Rs. 9300-34,800/- with Grade Pay of Rs. 5400/- plus all allowances and benefits applicable to Assistant Manager cadre. However, no annual increment will be allowed during these 3 years period.

[B][U]Maximum Age [/U][/B]: Maximum age 25 years as on 1.4.2017. Relaxation in maximum age limit up to 5 years will be given to reserved category candidates.

[B][U]Qualifications [/U][/B]: 
[U][B]Management Executive [Business Development] [/B][/U]: B.E/ B.Tech in Mining/Electrical/Mechanical/Chemical/Environment with 55% aggregate marks and full time MBA from recognized university/Institute with Marketing/Finance Computer Knowledge is essential.

[B][U]Management Executive [Research] [/U][/B]: M.SC[Environment]/ M.SC [Biotechnology] with 55% marks. Additional degree in MBA/Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management may be preferred. Computer Knowledge is essential.
The total no. of posts may vary.

The candidates selected and appointed will serve for a period of 3 years as Management Executive. On successful and satisfactory completion of 3 years service as Management Executive, the candidate would be considered for suitable post in Assistant Manager Cadre and would get regular annual increment thereafter.

The services rendered as Management Executive shall not be considered for the purpose of higher promotion in GMDC. Other terms and conditions as may be applied to these executives shall be binding on them.

Interested Candidates should submit non refundable application fee amounting Rs. 200/- for the above post. Reserved category candidates belonging to SC, ST & SEBC are exempted from payment of application fees.

Candidates should submit copies of following documents duly self certified along-with the demand draft of application fee in favour of “GMDC LTD” so as to reach in this office on or before 27th March, 2017.

** School leaving Certificate/SSC Certificate/ Age Proof
** Higher secondary Mark-sheet
** Relevant Mark sheet along-with clear calculation of percentage of marks obtained at final BE/B.tech degree level as relied upon by the candidate.
** Final Degree certificate

[B][/B]However documents as stated above alongwith demand draft in favour of GMDC Ltd. should be sent in physical form simultaneously. Interested candidates should apply online on i-Recruitment portal through link available on GMDC’s website gmdcltd.com latest by 24:00 Hours, 27th March, 2017.

Applicants are further advised to fill all the requisite details (Date of Birth, Category, Address, Valid E-mail Address, Qualification with percentage, Past Experience) in support of their candidature on i-Recruitment portal of GMDC.

Incomplete applications shall be rejected and no physical application except application fees and copies of documents stated above shall be entertained.
