j. Email ID* (Email ID would be your ServicePlus Login ID), (A verification code and link will be sent to this Email ID), Receive Alert on Email

[I][B]1. What is Citizen Service? What is the role of ServicePlus in Citizen Service? [/B][/I]
Government services available for Citizens are termed as Citizen Service. ServicePlus allows any department at any level of government to define and configure its service in terms of beneficiary profile, service charges, payment mechanism, service delivery modes, application form and backend processes.

[B][I] 2. Who can avail Citizen Service? [/I][/B]
Citizen Service could be availed by citizens having a Computer, an Internet connection, and a web browser compatible to access ServicePlus.  
[B][I]3. Who can define a Citizen Service on ServicePlus? [/I][/B]
Citizen Service can be defined by any authorized government official of a department after log-in to ServicePlus with user name and password.

[B][I]4. What is required for defining a Citizen Service on ServicePlus? [/I][/B]
Citizen Service can be defined by entering the required information in the form fields of mandatory tabs. This is explained in section-1 of this document.

[B][I]5. What is the Type of Service?  [/I][/B]
** Service may be Consumer Utility or Developmental or Regulatory or Statutory.  
** Consumer Utility Service- Service which covers wants and needs of consumers falls in this type. 
** Developmental- Service which Supports Promotion of People and the Society. 
** Regulatory- Service restricted according to rules or principles.  
** Statutory- Services which cannot be denied by the providing agency as denial of that service is punishable under a statute.

** Service can be classified as Primary or Derived. 
** Primary Services are those services which are direct and immediate. 
** Derived Services are those services which are formed or developed from other services. 
** If your service is ‘Derived’ then you can mention the source Primary Service.

[B][I]7. What is the source of delivery of the Service? Whether service will be delivered through ServicePlus or any External Application?
