[B][U]#MAX2TimelessAwards Voting[/U][/B]:
The following terms and conditions shall be applicable to Sony Pictures Networks India Private Limited owned television channel ‘MAX2’ activity conducted by SPN on social networking website named ”Facebook” and “Twitter” and “microsite” and ‘Mobile Banners” and mobile banners relating to promotion of one of the Channel’s program titled “#MAX2TimelessAwards which shall function in a manner as specified in the Specific T&C’s at the end of this T&C and the contest shall be termed as follows:

15th March, 2017 – 5th April, 2017

[B][U]Start and End Timing of the Activity[/U][/B]:
From 10 AM on 15th March, 2017 to 11.59 PM on 5th April, 2017

[B][U]Platforms on which Activity shall be available[/U][/B]:
Microsite, Facebook, Twitter pages of the Channel and Mobile Banners

[B][U]Specific Terms of Participation/Process of Participation[/U][/B]:
1) Users can log in on the microsite and vote. To be eligible to win the user will have to login to the mail ID used on the microsite and confirm his/her email ID by clicking on the link sent
2) Users can vote via commenting with the hashtag on the Facebook posts put up by the official Facebook page of Sony Max2, 13 Activities will be conducted on the Facebook page of the Channel. Users have to comment with their favourite nominee from the categories with specific hashtags along with the hashtag #MAX2TimelessAwards
3) Users can also vote via mobile banners from in-app mobile media.
4) Users can tweet using the relevant hashtags of the category to vote via tweets on Twitter. Tagging the official twitter page of Max 2 is mandatory. 13 Activities will be conducted on the Twitter page of the Channel. Users have to tweet with their favourite nominee from the categories with specific hashtags along with the hashtag #MAX2TimelessAwards
5) Users have to comment with their favourite nominee from the categories with specific hashtags along with the hashtag #MAX2TimelessAwards

[B][U]Specific Process for choosing the Winners[/U][/B]:
1) All the answers for the questions will be collected from the entries received by SPN.
2) Thereafter 1 lucky winner will be selected who has voted using any of the above-mentioned ways. That 1 winner will get an iPhone 7
3) The decision of SPN in choosing the Winners and the appropriate answer by randomizer method and/or any such other method shall be final and binding on the Participants and the Participants while participating into this Activity agrees to accept SPN’s decision as final without any further claim in this regard.
4) SPN shall not entertain any mail or query questioning or otherwise asking for the definitive process for choosing the Winners and the Participants by participating in the Activity shall be bound by these T&Cs and Basic T&Cs.
5) SPN reserves the right to withdraw or discontinue and/or terminate the Activity at any stage without prior notice and without any liability whatsoever to the Participants.
6) The decisions of SPN and its representatives shall be final and binding on all aspects of the Activity.

[B][U]Announcement of the Winners[/U][/B]:
1) The Winners shall be declared within two (2) week of the end of the Activity through email/direct message and/or respective pages of Channel Website.
2) The Winners shall be declared as per the terms of the Basic T&Cs
3) The Winners needs to revert back with the required details and formalities within twenty four (24) hours after contacting them. Any responses received after this deadline shall be considered void / Winner shall stand disqualified and SPN shall not be liable in any manner way or form.
4) In event the Participant is not able to utilize the Prize or is unable / refuses to accept the same, the Prize will be revoked by SPN.

[B][U]Prize(s)[/U][/B]:
1) The Winner shall be entitled to get an iPhone 7
2) The Winner shall be contacted in the manner specified in the Basic T&Cs.
3) The Prize(s) shall be sent by post and/or courier to the Winners as per the address specified by them at the time of registering for the Contest. SPN shall not be responsible if any Prize(s) is damaged in the course of delivery through post and/or courier.
4) All taxes, levies and duties due and owing under applicable and statutory laws in connection with all Prize(s) if any, and all other costs, including insurance, incidental costs, gifts, gratuities and taxes, are the sole responsibility of the Prize(s) Winners.

[B][U]Following are the terms that shall be applicable to the Activity[/U][/B]:
1. The Activity is open only to Indian citizens, residing in India. Citizens and/or residents of countries other than India are not eligible to participate. Citizens and/or residents of countries other than India residing in India are not eligible to participate.
2. The Participants must be adults having attained the age of eighteen (18) years to participate in the Activity as on the date of the Activity. (All persons fulfilling conditions mentioned in section 1 & 2 shall be hereinafter referred to as “Participants”)
3. Activity shall be open for participation as per the timelines specified in the T&Cs for Activity.
4. Employees, agents and promoters (including their immediate family members) of SPN and any of their divisions, affiliates and subsidiaries, and others associated with the Activity in any manner, are not eligible to participate in the Activity.
5. The Activity terms and conditions shall be mentioned on Sony MAX2 website . The Participants agree that by participating in the Activity, the Participants shall be bound by the terms and conditions provided at the Website.[/QUOTE]
