 1. This contest is open to all Indian Nationals residing in India only  and must be 18 years old. 
2. Employees of Krutika Industries (ABC Agarbatti), its agencies and their immediate family members (parents, brothers/sisters, spouse and children) are not eligible to participate. 
3. Using a false name, e-mail-ID or address will result in disqualification. 
4. The Winners will be selected by ‘Krutika Industries (ABC Agarbatti)’ and the decision of Krutika Industries (ABC Agarbatti) with regards to eligibility of winning the prize will be final and binding. 
5. Winners will be announced at the end of the contest as decided by Krutika Industries (ABC Agarbatti). 
6. If a participant has won but does not wish to avail/take the prize, Krutika Industries (ABC Agarbatti) will not alter/change whole or any part of the prize and such prize shall automatically lapse. Under no circumstances can any portion of the prize be converted into cash whether by way of refund or otherwise. The prizes are not transferable to another individual and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. 
7. To be eligible for prize, the participant must respond to Krutika Industries (ABC Agarbatti) within 15 days from the date of announcement of winners by Krutika Industries (ABC Agarbatti). 
8. The prize shall not be transferred or sold, and will be exclusively for the winner. 
9. Krutika Industries (ABC Agarbatti) reserves the right to change the prize at any time without any prior notice or consultation. 
10. Krutika Industries (ABC Agarbatti) is not responsible to the participant or to any other party for compensation as a result of the above-mentioned actions or any other breach of these terms and conditions. 
11. It shall be the participant's responsibility to ensure that a valid name, e-mail address, or any other details required by Krutika Industries (ABC Agarbatti) is provided. 
12. Each Participant expressly agrees that by his/her participation in the contest, Krutika Industries (ABC Agarbatti) may use any information collected, in any of its media or future promotional, publicity and marketing material, without any reference, payment or other compensation to the participant, subject to applicable privacy and data protection laws. 
13. Each Participant's personal information may be disclosed to governmental or regulatory bodies, if the same is required by law, rule or regulation or in response to a valid order of a court or authorized agency of the government or other legal process.[/QUOTE]
