Bharat Electronics Limited, India’s premier professional Electronics Company requires the following professionals for its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Division, Corporate Office.

[B][U]Post [/U][/B]: Contract CSR Officers
[B][U]No. Of Posts [/U][/B]: 2
[B][U]Qualification [/U][/B]: Masters in Social Work with Specialization in Community Development / Social Development
[B][U]Experience [/U][/B]: 1 year Post qualification experience preferred
[B][U]Age as on 01.03.2017 [/U][/B]: 25 years

Walk-in-Selection is scheduled to be held on 30.03.2017 at Centre for Learning & Development (CLD), Bharat Electronics Limited, BEL Circle, Jalahalli Post, Bangalore - 560013. Reporting time 08.30 AM. Written Test 09.00 AM to 10.30 AM followed by interview, for shortlisted candidates only.

[B][U]Requirements[/U][/B]:
  [B][U]Qualification[/U][/B]: First Class for GEN/OBC candidates and pass class for SC/ST candidates.

[B][U]Age[/U][/B]: General Candidates should be a maximum of 25 years as on 01.03.2017. The upper age limit will be relaxable by 3 years for OBC candidates (Non-creamy layer) and 5 years for SC/ST candidates.

[B][U]Employment type[/U][/B]: The requirement is temporary and on contract basis for a period of 1 year. Extension may be considered for a period of 1 year based on requirement / performance.

[B][U]Remuneration[/U][/B]: An all-inclusive consolidated remuneration of Rs.18000/- p.m.

[B][U]Selection Process[/U][/B]: Selection will be through a Written Test & Interview which will be held on the same day. Only those who qualify in the written test will be interviewed.

** Candidates will be permitted to attend the written test/interview subject to fulfilling the above criteria of Qualification and age.

** Candidates are required to produce all the original documents (SSLC Marks Card, Master’s Degree Certificate, Master’s Degree Semester Marks Cars, Caste Certificate in the prescribed format available on BEL website, relevant experience certificate (if the candidate is not able to produce experience certificate, Appointment letter and latest pay slip of the company in original to be produced) and a copy of these documents) along with 2 recent passport size colour photograph on the day of Written Test/Interview.

** Interested candidates will have to compulsorily send an email to hrcorp [at] bel.co.in in with the subject “Contract CSR Officer” to confirm their willingness to attend the selection.

** Candidates who have not completed their Master degree need not attend. Those who are unable to produce their degree certificate, semester marks card and caste certificate in original on the day of Written test/Interview due to any reason what so ever will NOT be considered.[/QUOTE]
