[U][B]Research Fellow Recruitment[/B][/U] :
Applications are invited from interested and eligible candidates for RESEARCH FELLOWS(JRFs) in Zoological Survey of India in HQ, Kolkata and regional centres.

The position is for a period of five years and purely on temporary basis and will be terminated on completion of the project. On Completion of two years, the JRF will be upgraded to Senior Research Fellow (SRF) based on satisfactory performance and assessment through Expert Committee.

[B][U]Educational Qualification [/U][/B]: Master degree in Zoology / Life Sciences with  Zoology as a major subject in undergraduate/post  graduate course from a recognised University with minimum 60% marks.

[B][U]Desirable Qualification [/U][/B]: Research experience in taxonomy, systematics, zoology or allied subject, field survey experience in wildlife, wildlife photography, knowledge of Computer and basic field data collection.

[B][U]Remuneration [/U][/B]: Rs. 12,000/ Admissible HRA (As per rules)

[B][U]Age Limit[/U][/B]: Age shall not be more than 28 years as on 30.04.2017. Upper age limit is relaxed up to 5 years for candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC-Non Creamy Layer(NCL)/Women/Physically Challenged applicants.
