As per the booking date, Travelport will inform the customer with the cost of the entire package. Any cost over and above Rs.35,000 should be paid by the winner to confirm or book the package 7. The Holiday Package cannot be gifted or transferred or exchanged for cash as a refund or cancelled or amended. 8. If it is lost, there will be no Refund. 9. All other taxes and service charges are extra and have to be borne by the winners. 10. Inhabitants of the States of Jammu & Kashmir, Tamil Nadu and any other State or Union territory where Public Gaming Act 1867 or any other similar legislation is in force though will be allowed to participate in the Contest but will not be eligible for lucky draw 11.
