Corporate/ business restructuring related services and associated tax & regulatory advisory
Carrying out technical research required for delivering on the job
Assisting in advising on basic technical/ advisory issues

Desired Candidate Profile
ASSOCIATE - MERGER & ACCQUISITION (RESTRUCTURING)

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: CA -2007 / 2008 batch only.
TOTAL EXPERIENCE: 1 YEAR post qualification.

The incumbent must have at least 2 -3 years of experience in INDIVIDUAL TAX & CORPORATE LAWS.
Some experience in CORPORATE RESTRUCTURING / BUSINESS RESTRUCTURING is preffered.
Must have completed articleship from a leading CA firm.
Must have good communication skills
Stable career
Must be a local candidate.
