** As team leader reporting / taking the special system project from M.D. And Studying the customer Requirements and preparing the deliverables.
** Executing the projects considering all the shortcoming of the Order acceptance / purchase order and the complexity involved in the project. 
** Interaction with the Customer at various stages.
** Design Calculations submission, site Layout for the system, attending and making presentations to the project review committee at various stages of the project, taking the customer to confidence for the deviations /modifications, etc.
** Design of pressure vessels, calculating (both manual as well as using PVELITE software) various pressure / vacuum vessel elements parameters, stress in the support structures, load lock ring, etc. using ASME SEC VII DIVN 1, ASME SEC VII DIVN 2 and also DIVN III 2004 ED and IS codes.
** Preparing the concepts drawings, presentation materials for Special high value systems for technical bid and giving required details for the commercial bid. Also represent along with sales persons while presenting system details to customer technical committee and clarifying all query’s for special systems. 
** Design of the chain drives, gear drives, motor power calculations, etc.
** Preparation and adhering to the project completion schedule, by allocation of the job to team members, if required sub letting the manufacturing drawings, FEA, and which need Expert’s Opinion. 
** Checking the Design deliverables prepared by the assigned subordinate of the team.
** Preparing the specifications / data for bought out sub assemblies, FEA, Expert’s opinion, Sub-contracting, etc. apart from doing the Finite Element Analysis of the plates, small structures, brackets, etc. using ANSYS.
** Inform / briefing the Management about the project progress.
** For all special projects responsible in the design, installation, and acceptance test and commissioning at customer’s site. 
** Preparing the System acceptance test plans, in consultation with the customer / Review committee/ 3rd party.
** Performing and proving the System’s acceptance test plans. Arrange for external certifying agencies for conducting the acceptance tests. 
** Studying new design codes and adapting the same in the design calculations, preparing Spread Sheets for design calculations .
** Preparing the design document in form of PDR / CDR / DAP like design calculations applying the appropriate design codes, preparation of assembly drawings, sub assembly drawings, analysis, along with QA Plan and getting the same appraised by 3rd party and Customer as applicable.
** Motivating the team to complete the project irrespective of number of hurdles.

** Hyper sonic Shock tunnel pressure (tunnel pressure 1500Bar) for L&T / VSSC (VSSC end user) 
** Robot controlled sputter coating facility for coating Aircraft canopy / windscreen. For ADA Bangalore. 
** High vacuum induction melting and pouring facility VIM 250 kgs for HAL Koraput.
** Pilot plant for magnesium production using magnetherm process for NML Jamshedpur.

Design and setting up a new line for producing Soda glass tubes (tube light tubes), lead glass, netural glass, etc, the line consists of tube drawing machine, 40mts of tube guideing, rough cutting machine, end trimming machine, glazing machine, cooling conveyor, packing machine. Etc. for glass division
1 New generation of high speed SPM for vitrification of the lamp caps called 28 head machines.
2 Tooling up transfer press to produce 2 components per blow, 
3 Auto counting and grading conveyor for lamp caps.
4 Separate unit to produce the tube light lamp caps, 3 per blow press tooling, strip feeder, swaged pin tooling. Automatic tube light lamp caps assembly machines.
