[B][B][U]Job Description [/U][/B] [/B]: We are seeking a Senior ASIC Design Engineer a minimum of 8-10 years'experience in the design and development of complex SOCs in the networking space. Responsibilities include micro-arc hitecture definition and implementation, documentation, RTL development, debugging, lint, synthesis, and drive all the way to working silicon. Work with the physical design team to close timing, power, and area goals.
[B][B][U]Requirements [/U][/B] [/B]: 
**BSEE required, MSEE preferred
**Successful candidates will have a minimum 8-10  years' experience in design and development of complex ASICs. Strong logic and RTL design skills. Good communication and documentation skills. Candidate must have seen their design in successful silicon.
**Knowledge about TCP/IP protocols and experience with implementation of PCIE, MAC and MEMORY controllers will be a plus.

[B][B][U]2) Name of the Position [/U][/B] [/B]: Team Manager - R2R
We are looking for Team Manager who has experience in R2R (General Ledger) domain.
[B][B][U]Domain Expert [/U][/B] [/B]: R2R (General Ledger)
[B][B][U]Education Qualification [/U][/B] [/B]: B.com/MBA/ICWA/CA
[B][B][U]Requirements [/U][/B] [/B]: 
**Strong exposure and experience in R2R / General Ledger Process
**Mandate Experience in handling end to end GL process like Journal, Fixed Assets, Intercompany reconciliation, Bank reconciliation, Month/Year end books closing.
**Working experience in SAP is Mandatory
**Good to have Experience in Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) tool.
**Prior Transition experience will be added advantage.
**Should have experience in handling team(at least 10 – 15 ).

[B][B][U]3) Name of the Position [/U][/B] [/B]: ISCSI driver developer : 
[B][B][U]Requirements [/U][/B] [/B]: 
**Familiar with MacOS/Vmware/Solaris storage/network driver development with kernel mode drivers for various technologies such as iSCSI, FC and/or TCP offload.
**Knowledge of higher level network protocols including TCP/IP and socket programming.
**Experience in troubleshooting OS related, device driver and hardware level problems.
**Ability to understand technologies such as SAN, iSCSI and/or FC.
**Prior driver development experience in 10G network driver and iSCSI are highly desirable.
**Be willing and able to code to existing architecture while looking for potential areas of improvement.
**Team player.
**Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
