**Working knowledge on projects with SOPC architecture (NIOS, Microblaze, ARM cores)
**Strong FPGA implementation and timing closure concepts
 **Experience in ASIC prototyping with FPGAs
**Exposure to board bring-up and system validation

**  Ability to work independently with minimal guidance

** Domain expertise in at least one of video, image processing, audio, high-performance compute, security domains.
** Flexibility to learn new skills and drive completion of technical and business goals
** Excellent written & oral communication skills
** Knowledge of the software development life cycle with strong commitment to quality & process
