** Develop efficient routes of synthesis for target molecules.
** Use of techniques such as spectroscopy, chromatography, distillations, crystallizations.
** Maintain records / log books diligently and accurately.

** B.Sc / M.Sc educational degree with chemistry as the principal subject.
** Sound knowledge of organic chemistry, spectroscopy and chromatography.
** Two to five year experience in a similar work area.
