Written Test / Interview For Recruitment to the post of "AC/UPS Plant operator, Accountant & Surveyor(Civil)" in CMPDIL

Date of Written Test for above posts is 12.10.14 (Sunday) for which separate information will be given.
“Letter – cum – Admit Card” for Written Test for the above posts scheduled to be held 12.10.2014 (Sunday) at 10.00 AM at DAV Public School, Gandhi Nagar Colony, Kanke Road, Ranchi have already been despatched by Registered Post to the candidates who fulfils the requisite qualification and have also submitted complete application. The candidates have to appear alongwith “Letter – cum – Admit Card for Written Test” complying the instruction indicated in it. Content of “Letter – cum – Admit Card for Written Test” as well as list of candidates called for Written Test is indicated below :

[B][U]Content of “Letter – cum – Admit Card for Written Test” already issued [/U][/B]: 
[B][U]Mode of Written Test [/U][/B]:
1. Your Roll Number for Written Test / Interview is as indicated above.
2. The Written Test will be of 100 marks. There will be 50 objective type questions consisting of two marks each relating to the requisite qualification for the post i.e. for the post of AC / UPS Plant  Optr. upto the standard of ITI in AC/Refrigeration + General Aptitude, for the post of Surveyor (Civil) upto the standard of Certificate Course in Civil Surveying + General Aptitude & for the post of Accountant upto the standard of ICWA / CA (Intermediate) + General Aptitude. The candidate has to darken properly only one correct option out of given four options on the OMR / Answer sheet using BLACK BALL POINT PEN only. The duration of Written Test will be of 1.30 hrs. (90 minutes).
3. Qualifying Marks for Written Test will be 60 for General Candidates & 54 for SC/ST/OBC candidates. The successful candidates of Written Test for the post of AC / UPS Plant Optr. & Accountant will only be called at the ratio of 1 : 5 to appear for Interview on 13.10.14 (Monday) at HRD, CMPDI, Ranchi. If 54 / 60 marks (or any other similar marks) obtained by the candidate is called for interview, then all the candidates who have obtained same mark will be called for interview and that way total number of candidates to be called for interview may increase beyond the ratio of 1 : 5. The reason for adopting the ratio of 1 : 5 instead of 1 : 3 is that there is single post of AC / UPS Plant Optr. & all the posts of Accountant are for reserved category. However,  ratio of successful candidates of Written Test to be called for interview for the post of Surveyor (C) will be 1 : 3. The successful candidates of Written Test for the post of AC / UPS Plant Optr. & Accountant will be interviewed on 13.10.14 at HRD, CMPDI (HQ), Ranchi & Interview of successful candidates for the post of Surveyor (C) will be on 14th & 15th Oct.’ (Tuesday & Wednesday). 
4. Personal Interview will be of 30 marks at HRD, CMPDI (HQ), Kanke Rd., Ranchi.
5. In Aggregate of 130 marks (Written + Interview) also, the Qualifying Marks will be 60 % for General & 54% for SC/ST/OBC i.e 78 marks for General & 70 marks for SC/ST/OBC candidates.
6. The successful outstation SC / ST candidates of Written Test selected for Interview will only be reimbursed 2nd Class Rail Fare or actual Rail / Bus fare whichever is lower by shortest route on production of receipt only & after appearing in Interview.

[B][U]General Guidelines [/U][/B]:
7. Report for Written Test on 12.10.14 at the venue atleast 30 minutes before scheduled time. Produce Admit Card for entry. Candidate should also keep with him any original photo ID Card.
8. Electronics Equipments viz. Mobile Phone, calculator, calculator watch, camera etc. are not allowed inside venue.
9. Produce all original certificates of educational / professional qualification, caste certificate, NOC if govt. employee, two photographs etc. Also submit one attested photocopy of the same at the time of Personal Interview.
10. Candidates reporting after 10.00 AM at the venue will not be allowed to appear in Written Test.
11. List of successful candidates of Written Test who are to appear for Interview will be published & pasted on the Notice Board at Main Gate of CMPDI (HQ) on 12.10.14 by 07.00PM and will also be displayed in the website of CMPDIL. 
12. Candidate should come prepared for attending Interview on 13th, 14th & 15th Oct.’14, if selected in the prescribed ratio. 
13. The OMR machine will not read darkened option filled up by any other PEN such as GEL PEN, INK PEN etc. Hence only use BLACK BALL POINT PEN.
