RESPONSIBILITIES:
(i) CNC Operating & Programming (Hartfort-Omnis).
(ii) Wire cut Operating & Programming (Electronica-Maxicut).
(iii) Designing on Computer 2D as well as 3D Models.
(iv) Designing of Press Tools, Weld Jigs & Checking Fixtures.
(v) Following up the manufacturing process in the TOOL ROOM as per the Design.
(vi) Validation for checking Fixture by comparing it (C/F) with 3D Models.
(vii) Validation of components on checking fixtures, & removing any problem in the tool when the component is not OK. 
(viii) TS Documentation.
(ix) 3D CAD modeling(Pro-E, Intralink, UG, Catia, Solidworks, IDEAS)
(x) Generation of manufacturing 2D drawings(with GD&T & Stack-up analysis)
(xi) Knowledge of Reverse engineering
(xii) Detailing concepts and follow drawing specifications.
(xiii) Reviewing technical documents.
ABILITIES & SPECIALIZATION: 
- Basic Knowledge of Press Tool Opeartion like Draw, Forming, Trimming, Piercing, Lancing ,Sheraing Cam-Punching etc.
