Applications are invited from citizens of India fulfilling the requisite qualification for filling up of the following posts in Non Industrial Establishment (Group-‘C’) at Machine Tool Prototype Factory, Dist-Thane, Maharashtra 421 502 :

[B][U]Pay band [/U][/B]: Rs.5200-20200 (PB-1) + Grade pay

[B][U]Age limit [/U][/B]: 
For post at Sl. No.1 - Between 18 to 27 years.
For post at Sl. No.2 - Between 18 to 32 years.
For post at Sl. No.3 - Between 18 to 25 years.
For post at Sl. No.4 - Between 20 to 27 years.

**   The upper age limit is relaxable by 05 years for SC/ST and 03 years for OBC for the post reserved for them.
**   For Persons with Disabilities (PWD), the relaxation will be 10 years (in case of SC/ST/OBC the relaxation will be in addition to the age relaxation mentioned above).
**   For Govt. servants with three years continuous service, age limit is 40 years for General candidates, 43 for OBC candidates and 45 for SC/ST candidates.
**   For Ex-servicemen, relaxation will be as per existing rules. The crucial date for reckoning age limit shall be the closing date for submission of application.

[B][U]Qualification [/U][/B]: For post at Sl. No.1
[B][U]Essential[/U][/B]:
(i) 12th Class or equivalent from a recognized Board or university.
(ii) Skill test norms only on computers - English Typing @ 35 w.p.m., Hindi Typing @ 30 w.p.m. (35 w.p.m. and 30 w.p.m. correspond to 10,500 KDPH/ 9000 KDPH on an average of 5 key depressions for each word).

For post at Sl. No.2
[B][U]Essential[/U][/B]:
(i) Matriculation from a recognized university or board
(ii) Must possess license for driving light and heavy vehicles with basic knowledge in automobile repairing

For post at Sl. No.3
[B][U]Essential[/U][/B]: Matriculation pass from a recognized board or university or equivalent.

[B][U]For post at Sl.No.4 Essential[/U][/B]:
[B][U]Desirable[/U][/B]:
Matriculate or equivalent pass.
[B][U](i) Must be physically fit for the duties of Durwan as per specified standards indicated below [/U][/B]:
a. Height without shoes - 165 cm
b. Chest - unexpanded - 77 cm - expanded - 82 cm
c. Weight - 45 kg
(i) Ex-serviceman.
(ii) Three years service as Home Guard/Civil Defence volunteer and training in at least basic and refresher courses in Home guard and Civil defence.

The last date for receipt of application will be 21 days from the date of first appearance of advertisement in Employment News. For example, if the advertisement appears in the Employment News dated 21-27 January, the last date shall be 11th of February.

[B][U]GENERAL CONDITIONS[/U][/B]:
1. Application form should be downloaded from website on A-4 size paper. Application form available on the website should only be used for application.

2. The applicant should clearly specify the post applied for in the space provided in the application format otherwise the application will be summarily rejected without any communication.

3. In case a candidate desires to apply for more than one post, separate applications complete in all respects should be forwarded

4. SC/ST/OBC certificates should be issued by competent authority and should be in the prescribed format applicable for reservation in jobs under Govt. of India. OBC certificate must specifically include the clause regarding “exclusion from creamy layer” and should be valid at the relevant point of time i.e. last date of receipt of application.

5. Persons working in Central / State Govt. / PSUs must apply through proper channel along with a certificate from their Head of Office/Establishment that neither any vigilance nor disciplinary action is pending or contemplated against them, and that they have no objection in releasing them in case of selection. Application not accompanying ‘No Objection Certificate’ and/or received after due date will be summarily rejected without any communication.

6. Application in the prescribed format duly filled in all respects along with self attested copies of all certificates pertaining to qualification, age, caste and admit card(in duplicate) should be enclosed in an envelope superscribing “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF ________________” so as to reach The General Manager, Machine Tool Prototype Factory, Ambarnath 421502 within 21 days from the date of the publication of advertisement in the Employment news. Applications received after 1700 hours on the last date of receipt of application will not be considered.

7. Self attested photocopies of certificates in support of caste, qualification and age proof (10th /High School pass certificate) must be enclosed with respect to the post applied for.  Ex-servicemen should enclose copy of self attested discharge certificate. The PWDs should enclose self attested copy of physical disability certificate issued by the Competent authority.

8. Candidates must affix a self attested recent passport size photograph (not more than three months old) on the application form and on the admit card (in duplicate-one photograph on each card) at the place provided for it.

9. Candidates must send examination fees of `. 50/- in the form of Crossed Indian Postal Order (IPO) in favour of The General Manager, Machine Tool Prototype Factory, Ambarnath. The examination fee is not refundable. SC/ST, Ex-Servicemen and PHP candidates are exempted from fee.

10. Incomplete applications or applications received without prescribed fee/self attested copies of documents or received after due date will not be considered and will be rejected without any communication.[/QUOTE]
