[B][U]Bigg Boss Kannada Season 2 Special Contest For Viewers 2014 [/U][/B]:
There is a Special Contest for Viewers of the program titled “Bigg Boss- Kannada –Season -2’’ (“Program”) which is being aired on “ Suvarna” (hereinafter referred to as “Channel”), being the channel owned and operated by Asianet Communications Limited (“ACL”). The Terms and Conditions for participating in the Special Contest are as follows :

[B][U]Principal Terms And Conditions For Special Contest For Viewers [/U][/B]:
1. The viewers who are interested to participate in the Special Contest, must watch the full episodes of the Program being telecast on the Channel every day from 22 :00 to 21:00 hours during the Contest Period (Defined below) and choose/select the correct answer to the question asked at the end of each episode from among the given four (4) choices (A) (B) (C) (D).

[B][U]2. Contest Period [/U][/B]:
The Contest Period will be for 5 days commencing from 22nd September, 2014 and ending on 26th September, 2014; During this period, one question will be asked on each day at the end of each episode.

3. After choosing the correct answer to the question from among the given 4 (four) choices the viewer shall send their Answer to the channel through any of the 2 (two) Mechanisms viz., SMS Mechanism and Internet Mechanism through Facebook. The detailed working system of these mechanisms are as follows :

[B][U]4. SMS Mechanism [/U][/B]:
A viewer interested to send his/her answer, by using SMS Mechanism, will be subject to the following :
a) The viewer should be residing in India and using valid Indian phone number, registered either with the network operators of Tata Docomo or Airtel or Idea or Reliance or Vodafone.
b) The viewer shall choose/select the correct answer from among the given (four) 4 options (A) or (B) or (C) or (D) and SMS the same to 57827. The text of the SMS shall be as follows :
c) The answer is not case sensitive and answer may send their answer option either in capital letter or small letter in the text message.
d) Each sms shall be chargeable, at the applicable rates furnished below, as on date of upload of these Terms and Conditions , and any change in the charge of sms (due to law or network operators policy) shall be checked by the viewer at his/her sole responsibility.

e) *Roaming rates may apply, the viewers should contact their telecom service provider for the applicable rates

[B][U]5. Internet Mechanism [/U][/B]:
[B][U]A viewer interested to send his/her answer, by using Internet Mechanism, will be subject to the following [/U][/B]:
5.1. The viewer needs to log on to [URL="http://www.Facebook/thesuvarnatv"]www.Facebook/thesuvarnatv[/URL] and go to the question icon and choose and click at the correct answer to question from among the given 4 (four) options (A) (B) (C) (D).
5.2. The viewer will not be charged for login to the aforesaid Facebook page to send the answer, however, there will be cost levied, at the applicable rate, by the network provider for using internet connection which should be checked by the viewer at his/her sole responsibility.
5.3. The viewers shall send their answers through either of the aforesaid mechanisms within the timelines given for each question on each day during the contest period. The timelines for sending answers for each question asked on each day shall be opened from 21 :00 hours of the day on which the question is asked and will be closed on the next day at 20:00 hours. The opening and closing of the timelines for sending answering of each question are given below:

6. Viewers may send the answers any number of times. Only Valid and correct answers received on each day shall only be considered for the random selection process for that day. It is to be noted that sending answers multiple times does not guarantee selection and no weightage is given to the number of SMSs sent or number times the answers sent through Internet at the time of selecting winner. Viewers are advised to apply their discretion while sending the answer multiple times in view of cost of SMS and Internet service provider

[B][U]7. The correct answers received during the aforementioned timelines for each shall be valid for selecting the winner in each episode. The winner in each episode will be selected on a random basis from among the valid correct answers received and the name of the winner will be announced in the following manner on the channel [/U][/B]:

[B][U]8. Prizes to the Winners [/U][/B]: 
The winner of each episode will get a gift hamper from the Channel. The gift hampers will be branded Bigg Boss/Suvarna.

[B][U]9. Winner of the Winners [/U][/B]: 
There will be a grand winner who will be selected on a random basis from among the winners selected as per clause 7 above. This Winner of the winners shall, subject to terms and conditions specified by the Channel and accepted by the Winner of the Winners, be provided an opportunity to visit the Bigg Boss House and to meet the inmates of Bigg Boss House for few minutes, the cost of which shall be borne by the Channel.

10. Neither ACL nor the Channel shall be responsible in case of any kind of network problem, technical failure whatsoever and/or the data charges/costs charged by the network operator(s) or mobile operator and/or any other problems which may occur due to the failure of the Mechanism or misuse of the Mechanism or any kind of problems in connection thereto. Any dispute in connection to the same should be settled directly between the viewers/subscriber and the operator(s) without involving ACL and/or the Channel in any manner.

11. In case of any technical problems or any issues and/or for any reasons whatsoever, ACL reserves the right to change the Special Contest and/or cease or cancel the Special Contest at its discretion.

12. ACL shall be entitled to introduce and follow any mode or method for selection of winners from among viewers who sent correct and valid answers to the channel. The decision of ACL shall be binding on all viewers and cannot be challenged for any reason whatsoever.[/QUOTE]
