Applications will be accepted only when fee is deposited in the Bank upto prescribed last date for fee deposition. If the fee is deposited in bank after the last date prescribed for fee deposition, the on-line application of the candidate will not be accepted and the fee deposited in the bank will not be refunded in any condition. It will be responsibility ot the candidates to deposit fee in the bank upto last date prescribed for fee deposition and ‘submit’ the  application upto last date prescribed for submission of applications. It is also informed that less or more amount deposited in the form of examination fee shall not be refunded in any condition.

[B][U]Pay Scale[/U][/B]: Rs. 5,200/- Rs. 20.200/- (Grade Pay Rs. 2800/- .

[B][U]Essential Qualification[/U][/B]: A candidate for direct recruitment to the service must possess a Bachelor’s Degree from a University established by law in India or a qualification recognized by the Government as equivalent there to.
 [B][U]Preferential Qualification[/U][/B]:   A candidate who has :
(i) Served in the Territorial Army for a minimum period of two years, or
(ii) Obtained a “B” Certificate of the National Cadet Corps, shall be given preference in the matter of direct recruitment, other things being equal.

[B][U]Age Limit[/U][/B]:   Candidates must have attained the age of 21 years and must not have crossed the age of 40 years on July 1, 2014 i.e. they must have not been born earlier than 2nd July, 1974 and not later than July 1, 1993

[B][U]Application Fee [/U][/B]: 
(i) Unreserved (General)- Exam fee Rs. 100/-+On-line processing fee Rs. 15/- Total= Rs. 115/-
(ii) Other Backward Class – Exam fee Rs. 100/-+On-line processing fee Rs. 15/- Total=Rs. 115/-
(iii) Scheduled Caste – Exam fee Rs. 40/- + On-line processing fee Rs. 15/- Total = Rs. 55/-
(iv) Scheduled Tribe – Exam fee Rs. 40/- + On-line processing fee Rs. 15/- Total = Rs. 55/-
(v) Handicapped – Exam fee NIL + On-line processing fee Rs. 15/- Total = Rs. 15/-
(vi) Dependants of the Freedom Fighters – According to the original category mentioned from Sl. Nos. 1 to 4,
(vii) Ex- Servicemen – According to the original category mentioned from Sl. Nos. 1 to 4.
(viii) Women – According to the original category mentioned from Sl. Nos. 1 to 4.

Candidates applying On-line need NOT send hard copy of the On-line Application filled by them On-line or any other document/certificate/testimonial to the Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission. However they are advised to take printout of the On-line Application and retain it for further communication with the UPPSC.)(The Candidates applying for the examination should ensure that they fulfill all eligibility conditions for admission to examination. Their admission at all the stages of the examination will be purely provisional subject to satisfying the prescribed eligibility conditions). UPPSC takes up verification of eligibility conditions with reference to original documents at subsequent stages of examination process.
