Applications in plain paper in the format given below are invited from the intending candidates for filling up of the following posts under Group-C and D categories respectively in the Judgeship of Ganjam as per the Pay scale mentioned against each post with usual D.A. and other allowances, as admissible from time to time.

[B][U]ELIGIBILITY OF THE CANDIDATES[/U][/B]: 
[B][U]For Jr. Clerk and Copyists/Jr.Typist/Stenographer Gr.III.[/U][/B]: A Candidate, in order to eligible for the above posts,
a) shall be a citizen of India.
b) must have passed at least +2 Examination conducted by the Council constituted u/s.3 of the Orissa Higher Secondary Education Act, 1982 or equivalent examination of a recognized council , board or university as the case may be.
c) must have at least passed Diploma in Computer application from a recognized institute.
d) must not be below 18 years and above 32 years of age as on 8.10.2014. Provided that the upper age limit is relaxable by 5 years in case of SC/ ST/ SEBC/ and Women Candidates and 10 years in case of Physically Handicapped candidates. For Ex- Serviceman, after deducting the period of service rendered in Armed Forces from the present age, the resultant age should not exceed 32 years.
e) must be able to speak, read and write oriya and have passed a test in oriya equivalent to the M.E. Standard.
f) must be of good character.
g) must be of sound health, good physique and free from organic defect or bodily infirmity
h) must not have more than one spouse living, if married. 
i) must have possessed a minimum speed of 40 words per minute in type writing (For the post of Jr. Typist. )
j) must have possessed a minimum speed of 80 words in shorthand and 40 words in type writing per minute (For the post of Stenographer Grade-III)
k) must have practical knowledge in operating Computer.

[B][U]FOR Salaried Amin Post. [/U][/B]: The Candidate must
a) have passed the matriculation examination or equivalent examination of a recognized board.
b) have passed the Revenue Inspector Training.
c) not be below the age of 18 years of age and above 32 years of age as on 8.10.2014 subject to relaxation of upper age limit wherever applicable as per relevant act or rule.
d) be of good character.
e) be of good conduct, sound health , good physique, active habit and free from communicable disease.
f) not have more than one spouse living, if married.

[B][U]FOR GROUP –D POSTS. [/U][/B]:  The Candidate must
a) have passed Class-VIII Examination in any of the recognized educational institution.
b) not be below the age of 18 years and above 37 years of age as on 08.10.2014, subject to relaxation of age limit wherever applicable as per Act and Rules.
c) be of good conduct , sound health, good physique , active habits and free from communicable disease.
d) be of good character.
e) have elementary knowledge in oriya and English language.
f) not have more than one spouse living, if married

[B][U]Fees For Examination. [/U][/B]:  The Candidates except Group- D Posts are required to deposit examination fees of Rs. 100/- (Rupees one hundred ) only in shape of the Treasury Challan under the head “ 0070- Other Administrative Services -01-Administration of Justice-501-Services and Services fees – 9904650-Law Department – 9916730- Examination Fees for recruitment conducted by Orissa District and Subordinate Courts “and to submit the original challan alongwith application form. The Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe candidates are exempted from payment of Examination fees.

[B][U]How to Apply[/U][/B]:  
i) The Candidates are required to submit their applications duly filled in and signed by their own hands furnishing the required particulars as per the prescribed format in Form- A in case of Group- C and Format –B in case of Group- D as given below. The candidates who are in Government service are required to apply the same through proper Channel.

ii) Separate application should be submitted for each post mentioning the name of post clearly ( in Capital letters with underlined) on the Top of the Envelop. All copies of testimonials shall be signed by the candidates.
