SCHEME OF PRE-MATRIC SCHOLARSHIP FOR STUDENTS BELONGING TO THE MINORITY COMMUNITIES FOR BOTH FRESH AND RENEWAL OF SCHOLARSHIP FOR THE YEAR 2014-15

Applications are invited from the students (Fresh and Renewal) belonging to the minority communities notified by the Ministry of Minority Affairs, Government of India, pursuing education from class I upto X in Government / recognized private schools/ Institutes.

Applications can be obtained from the Director, Directorate of Social Welfare, No. 1, Saradhambal Nagar, Ellapillaichavady, Puducherry- 605 005 for students of Puducherry region. For the students of outlying regions Viz., Karaikal, Mahe and Yanam applications are available in the Social Welfare Sub-Office of their regions. Students should send their applications duly filled in, through their Schools only to the Director, Directorate of Social Welfare, No. 1, Saradhambal Nagar, Ellapillaichavady, Puducherry- 605 005, on/or before 31/08/2014

The Schools concerned are directed to collect the filled in applications along with Aadhaar No. and Savings Bank A/C. No. (Enclose copies).
